Has to be the best chinese food we had in london. The lady working there even made my missus special drink just for her. 5/5
Absolutely appalling customer service. I ordered mini spring rolls – as everyone knows, these are meant to be the very small, bite-sized kind. I was quite surprised to discover, upon returning home, that I had been given large spring rolls instead. When I called the restaurant for clarification, rather than acknowledging the simple misunderstanding – that by "mini spring rolls" I clearly meant the smaller version – I was met with an incredibly rude, dismissive, and argumentative response. The person I spoke to demonstrated a complete lack of basic customer service. As long as that unpleasant woman remains employed there, I will not be returning, and I’ll be advising family and friends to avoid the place as well. Having lived in Thamesmead my whole life, and with my family having supported this business for decades, it’s deeply disappointing to see such a disregard for loyal customers. They’ve now lost some long-standing patrons due to the sheer lack of care and the rudeness I experienced
Had a few dishes from here last night and it was very good indeed. Reasonably priced and the food was lovely.
These are my normal chinese take out. The sessme prawn toast was over cooked but edible. The egg rice was undercookd. Had hard grains in it. The chicken in black bean sauce did have good flavour but was very watery. Not their finest day I'm afraid. The staff are always friendly though.
Used these guys for first time tonight, the food was really tasty. Staff were friendly....10/10 highly recommend.
The most rudest encounter on the phone, does not offer decent card service and food is below average. Simply asked the woman I spoke to on the phone about menu items, as they are not even available online, she hung up instantly. Very poor, very rude, unlikely to ever order from here again. Would not recommend at all.
First time of ordering from this takeaway and I have to say it was delicious. Everything was hot, crispy and real chicken, great duck still on the bone with plenty of meat. It's been a while since I've had a good Chinese. Definitely recommend and will use again. Thank you for a lovely meal
