   Absolutely phenomenal experience! I can’t sing their praises enough. We arrived to find the shop closed, but after a quick phone call, the incredibly kind and accommodating lady opened the store just for us! That level of dedication and customer care is beyond rare these days. Once inside, she went above and beyond—so friendly, so helpful, and truly passionate about what she does. Thanks to her, my daughter found the most stunning, perfect prom dress we could get have dreamed of. She left beaming with happiness! If you’re anywhere near the Cheshire or Manchester area and need a prom dress, do not go anywhere else—this place is a hidden gem! I’d give more stars if I could. Highly, highly recommend!

   We had a wonderful experience at Diamante and purchased a beautiful prom dress for our daughter. The lady leading our appointment was very knowledgeable and helpful. At the start of the appointment, she gave our daughter tags to put on gowns that she liked and was on hand to assist in finding different colours/sizes and answer questions etc. We had visited the day before and she helped us to find the dresses that our daughter wanted to try again and showed other dresses that suited her style choices. When our daughter had selected the dresses she wanted to try, the lady waited outside the dressing room and said to let her know when she was ready for her to come in and help to fit the dress. She fitted the dresses expertly so they were were perfect when worn. We did not at any point feel pressured into making a decision and appreciated the advice given. Our daughter felt really comfortable and enjoyed the appointment. She found her perfect dress and we all agreed with her choice. It is a beautiful dress! The lady very kindly wanted to gift our daughter with a pair of earrings to accompany her dress but our daughter does not have pierced ears. We really appreciated this lovely gesture. We are delighted with the beautiful dress we have purchased and the lovely experience we shared in choosing it. Our daughter hasn't stopped smiling since we left the shop!! There are lots of beautiful dresses at Diamante, in a variety of styles and the personal, knowledgeable treatment we experienced at our appointment was wonderful. I would highly recommend this shop if you are looking for prom dresses or dresses for a special occasion. Thank you.

   I came with my cousin to this prom dress shop, and the experience was amazing! We were greeted by a lovely lady who was so kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. She made the whole process enjoyable and helped my cousin find the perfect dress. The selection was stunning, with so many unique options. Highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for a prom dress! :)

   I took my sister to this boutique to find her dream prom dress, and I can’t say enough about how amazing the experience was! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the loveliest, most professional lady who made my sister feel like an absolute princess. Her kindness, patience, and expertise were unmatched, and she guided my sister through every step with such care. The dresses in this boutique are absolutely stunning – so many unique and beautiful options to choose from. My sister found a dress that was everything she dreamed of and more! The experience was worth every penny – the quality, service, and memories we created together were priceless.    Booked an appointment for 1pm and was confirmed by diamanté that this appointment was fine. i turned up at that time on the day and the shop was closed. Messaged the facebook and got no reply. Very rude considering i had no information regarding whether it may be closed.

   Wish I could give 0 stars. Don't go in if you're over a size 6 I'm a size 10 and all I got was "you're too big for this" or "hmm you need a bigger size, that looks bad on you" and constant comments about my size, whereas there were 2 size 6 girls in there with me who were being praised in every dress they tried on. A size 6 girl and I tried the same dresses on at the same time, and the owner said "that looks way better on you" to the size 6 girl, blatantly to my face. The owner was very spiradic and was constantly between customers and jobs, never focusing on one thing for more than 2 minutes. Would never go again. It's funny how favourites are shown in body image, even today. Literally cried on my way out and going home, made me feel disgusting. (great place to go to heighten your eating disorder)

   Stunning dresses and fantastic staff, Pav in particular was amazing - she knew with one look what size was needed! Every dress looks gorgeous and I love that they keep track of which dresses are worn at which prom so that nobody turns up in the same dress. Can not recommend highly enough, would shop there every day if I could!
