    Dirty, like so so dusty YUK. The woman serving me was very rude, literally miserable and the worst customer service. It was later in the day and I think she didn't want to be there. She was telling people what to do and annoyed that I interrupted to ask a question. I won't be bothering them again, taking my custom elsewhere! Also it's just such a rip off in there now, it's the same stuff as H&M but triple the price. Left with a very bad taste about this place.

    The staff are horrible. A staff member basically threw the bag at me and walked off. Before that, I'd asked if she had any other dresses in the same size as none were on the rail and the only ones there were all dirty. She told me to go and look for myself. I expect better service when I'm paying £100+.

    Had previously seen a necklace l liked, l decided to think about it before l bought it. My sister liked it too. I looked on the website and it said they were sold out. I decided to look in the Manchester branch. I looked round the store and they didn't seem ho have any. A store assistant named Molly asked was l looking for something. She very kindly started looked in her stock. She found just what l was looking for. Fantastic sales assistant.

    Always been lovely shopping here. Love the style and the quality. But today me and my friend tried two different sizes in one dress and we asked twice for these to see the fit. The lady with dark long hair does not seem willing to help as I quote “didn’t I just get you a medium” and said to her colleague “she was just being weird about the dress”. I do appreciate her help in getting the dresses for us yet not really comfortable with her attitude.

    Really disappointed after visiting here yesterday. Found a lot of lovely stuff, and went to the till to pay. I was stood for over 5 minutes without being acknowledged, one girl turned her back to me and leant against the counter whilst doing something on a tablet and another girl came and grabbed her water bottle then walked away. I ended up so annoyed that I left my stuff and left the shop.

    Wonderful store with great product and very good staff Customer service was particularly good when I got home and noticed the security tag had not been removed. I phoned the store and they arranged to post back free and promised vouchers for inconvenience. Very nice girl on phone

    I love this shop! Ignore the haters Who say its expensive for what It is. Yes, It is a bit but the stuff is so lovely! The rings etc Dont tarnish like other high street equivs and the designs of all the clothes, shoes, and accesorios are really attractive. Plus its usually well ordered and never heaving so if u hate shopping like me its a pleasant experience.
