   The food has usually been good but the first time we complained it all went wrong. The food turned up stone cold and the lamb burger looked like it had been half eaten. Usually the food comes hotter than any other place. The lady on the phone denied that it could be cold but eventually we managed to get our order re-sent and was as good as normal. My partner left a very fair review on just eat and left out some key complaints but the the restaurant came back to say that basically we are liars and had half eaten the food! My wife took a bite out of the burger to realise it was stone cold, that’s all. I hadn’t eaten anything as I realised it was all cold before taking a bite but saw that my lamb burger looked liked it had been nibbled on but apparently I had half eaten this. We were happy to return after a number of good meals but after that response, we will definitely not be returning. It’s a shame but they clearly cannot take any criticism and do not care about their customers.

   Ordered this through the TooGoodToGoo app, I received a chicken burger with chips and a drink. This tasted really good, the chicken tasted really fresh and I really enjoyed it. The staff member who served me was really pleasant. I can see this place would be great when the weather is better as they have lots of outdoor seating. Their menu also offers vegan food. I will visit again!

   If I could give zero stars I would. This place is beyond a joke. Ordered a too good to go bag, you know the thing for poor people to be able to eat well and save unwanted food? Turned up in the pouring rain, looking forward to something nice to eat, I am disabled and the walk was a struggle for me only to find the place closed when I got there. I was in time and they should have been open for 2 hours after that. Also, on the app there is an option for them to cancel orders if they need to so there is no excuse to treat people this way! Disgusting of them.

   I've ordered delivery from here multiple times now when I simply cannot be bothered to cook or leave the house. The first time I ordered they even threw in a free brownie bar! The other two times I didn't order quite as much so didn't get any freebies but the prices are already so low so I don't expect it. Anyway, onto the food itself. I've tried their burger, their mixed grill and their minty lamb with pilau rice and salad (pictured) and each time it has been pretty good. Obviously grilled food being delivered is not going to compare to freshly served at a restaurant but the portion sizes are perfect for a big eater like me and it's one of the few places in Collier Row that I can order 1 dinner main from and get free delivery. The food being grilled can be a little dry if you don't order any sauces but I'm glad they're around - I will keep coming back!

   We love this place! They're so nice and friendly, great customer service. Delivery is fast and the food is amazing. We all had burgers, mine was the vegan burger and everything was delicious. We ordered the cheese pastries to try them and they were so good. Highly recommended.
