   Tried to return an item for a refund to be told its not possible despite being on the website that returns accepted within 14 days. I bought it. 24 hours previously *****EDIT**"*** Just to clarify, the items WERE bought in your store, i returned 24 hours later with my receipt in hand My review is a true account of the way i was dealt with. Refund was declined!! My review will stay Thank you for your inaccurate response!! I then got told that they have nothing to do with AX paris, yet signage throughout the shop says exactly that - AX Paris : -( They didn't have anything i liked in my size so I am now £36 out of pocket and stuck with two items i can not wear. I didn't want a credit note as i certainly won't be back They are the only shop in tbe Lowry that don't refund Wont be shopping there again and staff are most unhelpful and rude

   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ What brilliant customer service.! I purchased three dresses for a wedding as I was unsure on sizing and style. Ordered easily via the website and came very quickly in the delivery window that was stated. I had to return two due to not needing them which was again easy and the refund processed quickly. I had an issue with the dress I kept but from speaking to the manager it's was resolved extremely quickly with brilliant customer service. Thankyou very much to all involved and look forward to buying again.

   Passed here after work and a top caught my eye which led me into the shop. The man named Paul was very helpful and knowledgeable. A beautiful selection of dresses as well as casual wear. Fantastic customer service and an overall very enjoyable shopping experience, thankyou.

   AXP Outlet is a smaller women's clothing shop on the ground floor of The Lowry in Salford Quays. It is near the main entrance. They sell clothing and have a fitting room where you can try clothes on. They sell some accessories. I have usually had decent customer service here.

   Not a review of this shop, but a review of the online company as a whole...AVOID! I have bought many AX Paris items over the last few years, but recently the customer service and quality has been shocking. Purchased 2 items online, when they arrived 1 had a hole in and the other was at least 2 sizes too small. Website says for faulty item returns you should email them first. Sent 3 emails now, waiting on anyone to even acknowledge so I can get my refund. Really poor service.

   I am so happy that I visited AX Paris today (16.08.22) at the Quayside shopping center. I was helped by a lovely woman called Kat. I explained to her that I needed a dress for a wedding and she picked out a few that she thought would suit me. I came away with not only a dress that I fell in love with but also a fascinator and a handbag to match the dress. Kat is an absolute asset to the company. She was so helpfull and I very much enjoyed my experience at the store.

   First class service! It's so rare you find a clothing shop assistant who is helpful as well as knowledgeable these days. Well I've found her! Kat at AXP at the Lowry is unique and I truly hope AXP appreciate what they have in her. I have a wedding shortly and not being a girly girl I was putting it off and putting it off buying an outfit. I'd been to all the big retail parks, Trafford centre, cheshire oaks etc. I walked into AXP and right away Kat acknowledged me and asked if I needed anything. I explained my needs and for an hour and half Kat gave me a real shop assistants service. She looked me up and down advised me what would be best on me, picked a whole load of dresses and let me try them on and gave me a good honest opinion on everything. I was given accessories to try, shoes, jewellery and bags. I felt like I'd been transported back in time when true shop assistants gave you real genuine service. All of the high street and designer shops I'd previously been to made me feel uncomfortable, uneasy, embarrassed and I left all of them without anything. Kat was super, made me feel feminine, beautiful and found me 2 outfits that made me feel the part for my step sons wedding. She is instrumental to AXP and I'd definitely recommend her to any woman who like me feels they need some direction when choosing that special outfit. I came away with two dresses, bag, accessories and feeling like a woman.
