   The worst experience I had. I bought a pari of gloves in their website and they sent me a completely different colour. When I asked for an exchange to get the colour I paid for, they told me I should pay a £6,99 fee to send the item back and that they would not refund the £9,99 I paid for delivery. They mislead the customer selling false information and treating the customer with disrespect. Making the customer pay for their mistakes

   So many better shops in Manchester why would anyone shop here. Return cost 6.99. Delivery charge 6.99. So many items are oversized and the description of the items are worse. Read the terms and conditions if you are thinking of buying anything . Vouchers , unless the item fits and is in excellent condition the voucher will always be refunded no matter how much you spend so you will always be losing 6.98 delivery and 6.99 to return. Save yrself a nightmare and go elsewhere. Be warned.

   I visited the store this morning specifically to look for children's shoes. I found a pair I liked in the display area, but then spent a significant amount of time trying to find an employee to help me look for the correct size. After searching the area unsuccessfully, I went to the front counter/checkout area, hoping someone there could assist. I waited for around 10 minutes but was completely ignored by the three staff members present. During this entire wait, not a single staff member acknowledged me or offered to help find the shoe size. It was impossible to get any assistance. Very poor customer service and a frustrating shopping experience.

   Called in to buy gift vouchers. Went to the cashier desk on the ground floor with 3 staff. 1 was serving a customer. Asked for vouchers and was told I'd need to wait because the person who does them was serving someone. Stood there for a minute, kind of wondering why the other 2 couldn't do gift vouchers. So went up to the first floor instead and got served immediately. Nice place though, just need more 'Gift Voucher Certified' staff on the ground floor.

   This store is a bit off the beaten track, away from the other department stores in Spinningfields. I make a point of calling in each time I'm in the city centre, store is well laid out with a good balance of brands. Staff are very polite, courteous and helpful. Will call in again.

   Have shopped many times online and never had a problem. Bought a CP jacket that i did bot like in exchange for some off white trainers. Mind you bought on Saturday. They did not fit me. On the receipt it says returnable up to 28 days later. I go back to the store guy at till not very friendly seemed zoned out took at the look at the shoe for 30 seconds and because of a built up of lint in the shoe tab he said they were “unsaleable”. Asked to speak to the manager “i am a manager” id like to speak to another one “shell say the same thing” without even seeing them he goes over to her talks and no further review of them takes place until I have to take them over to her where she says she would be uncomfortable selling them. Then why not say on the receipt: “when you leave the store, your rights have been forfeited. Simple. Always liked this store feels high end, but lazy, they could’ve cleaned them or put some effort in for a customer to leave with a smile on his face but instead left angry
