VISIT DATE: FRI 12/12/2025 VISIT TIME: 19:45 - 22:35 VISIT TYPE: Dinner with Friends Attended for a Christmas meet-up with other members of the Havering Gingerbread (single parents support charity) group. Just the five of us on this occasion, and all ladies. Iβd not been to a Ciao Bella for over 20 years, so no idea what to expect, but was thinking it would be like most restaurant chains, with average prices and small portions. How wrong I was! Yes, average prices, but the portions are huge, making this much better value than a lot of places. Food was really tasty too. I had the baked Brie to start (Β£9.95) and Alfredo Fungi (Β£13.95) as my main, accompanied by two, well made, Mojitos (Β£10 each). Everyone elseβs food also looked great and was reported to be very tasty. The restaurant itself is nicely laid out, easy to access and has plenty of seating. Can be crowded with tables and chairs, but if attending in a wheelchair things can easily be moved around to accommodate. Marks lost for the corridor to the accessible toilet having high chairs stacked in it, which would make it more difficult to navigate, but in general, a good venue with great food and decent service - even if the male staff seemed distinctly unimpressed by our merriment and riotous laughter!

In heart of vibrate city Romford just stone throwing away down the street is hidden one of the greatest Italian cuisine restaurant with the famously prepared tasteful dishes a in a traditional Italian manner no matter what you ordering you will be impressed by taste and delicious food and greatest cocktail and drink menu in area. But you will be surprised to be served by slow motion waiters who will not clean your table until you will not ask them to have table clean and empty glass taken away. Well they require a good improvement on customer service, however is worth to have a visit and try most delicious Italian food.

We recently celebrated our daughterβs first birthday at this lovely restaurant, and it couldnβt have been more perfect. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. The food was absolutely delicious β fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. Every dish we tried was clearly made with care and attention to detail. It was such a special day for our family, and weβre so glad we chose this place to celebrate it. Thank you for helping make our daughterβs first birthday such a memorable occasion. Weβll definitely be coming back!

Very cosy little place. Came with my partner ordered from the mid week menu offer. Food was outstanding, practically licked the plates clean. Service was nice, atmosphere even better. Most importantly to me, the seats were comfy and not too crowded. Perfect place 10/10

Found this restaurant by accident while walking in Romford, very happy with everything, much better than chain restaurants. The menu has a decent amount of choice and all at good prices. The food is all cooked fresh to order and is generous in size (one starter is easy big enough for 2 people). Good friendly service in a comfortable building. Nothing bad to say about this restaurant and I will return if in the area again.

My partner and I found this restaurant whilst wandering around Romford and decided to give it a try. The service was quick and friendly, the cocktails were well made, and the food was excellent. As a vegetarian, they were happy to accommodate for me with some small changes to the menu, and we both really enjoyed our meals. Highly recommend.
