   I pass this establishment a few times and saw their tag ‘not fried, but tastes like fried’ so thought I would give them a try ! I ordered a portion of wings, and to my delight, it was fantastic. It genuinely tastes like fried wings, but I don’t feel guilty as it’s not fried. Wings had a nice taste to them, and being the perfect size, it was delicious. Will definitely be ordering from here when craving fried wings ( but not being fried; big bonus) ! Well done guys, and look ahead on trying rest of the menu.

   Would not recommend this takeaway. The chicken I ordered was tasteless and soggy but cooked on the other hand. The spicy wings are nice and the best part of the meal. Potato wedges was cold. Called them to talk about the part of my order was missing I got told they would call me back in 5 as they are busy. I then called them half an hour later and got an answer after the third time of calling them. The women on the phone was quite rude told me that she pack the order and the chips was definitely in there when on my table was a silver foiled container with some kind of meat that I definitely didn’t order. We argued on the phone for a couple of minutes about it. Customer service is key and to talk to people with respect. Calling your customer a lair is never a good start.

   I'm writing to clarify my previous review and to provide additional feedback on my recent experience. Firstly, l'd like to address a misunderstanding in your response none of your staff members are related to me. The person you referred to as my cousin was a former tenant, but there is no personal relationship beyond that. Regarding my recent visit, I found the waffle base to be very hard and difficult to chew, making it unenjoyable despite any additional toppings. Unfortunately, to be honest this is not the first time I’ve experienced issues with the food quality at your shop. On a previous visit, I purchased a pizza with dough that seemed so old that it caused me discomfort and nausea for an entire night. The presentation was really good looks really fantastic . The waffle I ordered, I found the base to be very hard and difficult to chew, making it unenjoyable. While I appreciate any efforts to enhance the food with extra toppings and sauces, my feedback is primarily about the quality of the waffle itself. Rather than multiple attempts to contact me, I would encourage you to focus on ensuring that your food meets a consistently high standard of quality. Customer feedback can be valuable for improving service, and I hope this is helpful for making any necessary adjustments. Thank you for taking the time to read my updated comments

   Used this place 3 times, twice has been good but this time delivery very late and chicken looked old and dry and had a smell as if gone off. Maybe chicken was left over and just covered with sauce and heated. Unfortunately won't be using this restaurant again.

   Great meal. Spicy sauce on decent, tasty doner meat. Very spicy sauce on the fries. Nice bit of salad on too of the pita bread. Filling. Told me how long it would take - spot on. Recommend it. Has been consistently good since my first review.

   They used to be so good. Recently received uncooked chicken for three of our items, sent them proof and now they're being so tight on refunding back when evidence of picture is so clear. Avoid Chadwell Heath snd go to Goodmayes instead
