   I wish I was able to give -1 stars to this company. I bought a dress to wear for a wedding which then was taken to the dry cleaners. The dress was bought a few months before I was actually going to wear it to the wedding which fitted perfectly fine and lovely material. However, after I wore the dress and then taken it to the dry cleaners. The color from the black area has transferred into the white area of the dress. The dry cleaner tried to resolve the issue but unfortunately they were unable to do so. I complained and they decide to send the dress over for fabric testing. The result came back with a manufacturer issue as the wrong information is on the label regarding dry cleaning. Bear in mind this process has taken months to conclude. Once I had the information from the dry cleaners, i contacted Karen Millen and told them the issue and the fact that I only wore this dress once and taken it to the dry cleaners. They are refusing to even discuss it as its gone over the 6 months period of claiming for a faulty item. Instead of actually realizing there is an issue with their product and how its been labeled. How am I meant to know as a customer the information on the label is not correct when it comes to dry cleaning? I have no knowledge of this and on top of that the Customer Service assistant didnt even care. Her name is Jade Amber and she was keep telling me its outside the 6 months so she's unable to help ... Their clothes are not cheap and I would expect more from a clothing company that expects customers to pay that amount of money for their customers.

   Excellent customer service. Was immediately approached by a staff member and helped us select other items to go with the outfit. The shop was really well presented and smelt really nice. Would definitely shop here again

   Absolutely fantastic experience purchasing my mum’s MOTB outfit: dress, shoes and bag. Lovely attentive service off Alison who spent ages styling her and made her feel so special!
