   I ordered pants from INTRO online (I am in Toronto, Canada) and the service was excellent. I was sent a follow-up email upon ordering and it was easy to track my parcel. It arrived as advertised within a week. The store communicated directly with me and reimbursed me for customs that UPS added. I was so pleased with the experience and the product that a week later, when they offered 15% off, I ordered another pair. Thanks Filipa!

   extremely disappointed after buying a hoodie from this shop. It looked great when I first bought it, but after just one wash (following the care instructions exactly), the color completely changed and faded. The fabric now looks cheap, and it’s unwearable. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality. Definitely not worth it.
