   Tried them for the first time today, and I’m already done with Domino’s—their chicken sizzler pizza was incredible! Hot, fresh, and full of flavour. The halloumi fries were delicious as well. I’ll definitely be ordering from here from now on.

   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I have to give a huge shoutout to Hafiza at Pizza Hut in Rainham – she is absolutely amazing! Every time she’s working, the food is consistently fresh, perfectly made, and exactly how I like it. Having worked at Pizza Hut as a RGM for 3 years, I can confirm I know my product quality and standards. She genuinely goes above and beyond to make sure the order is spot on, and you can really tell she takes pride in what she does. Honestly, I try to only order when Hafiza is working because the quality and care she puts in just can’t be matched. Maybe she can train the boys as their pizzas just aren’t at the same level. Hafiza is the reason I keep coming back – Pizza Hut Rainham is lucky to have her!

   Do I trust them deliver 100% no now. Infact I rather drive down to another branch then come down here. Order pizza for collection was there way before it was ready. Lady take my pizza to the back where i can't see saying in other language as if i can't understand saying "he watching he watching." What was being done to my pizza i have no idea. Took no notice got home open up half and half seemed like veg one had ham on it so pick out from tip of slice when I life up cheese half slice had ham on it. Even veg side had ham on it. I call up speak to the unproffesional lady who teaching me about cross contamination says come return pizza and take another one i said deliver it she goes no drivers. I said ok i throw it and give me my refund but naa lady wasn't having it. So I walked down where manager stop me outside all happy to give me refund in cash and offer me whole meal again will deliver it. I didn't accept it cause one he didnt seem sorry at all he was laughing he couldn't answer what was done to my pizza why the comments were made. I saw they had drivers why no one delivered. Overall never want to step back in there worst experience i have ever had! I hope the ladies lose their job and yes i have taken this to head office.

   DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! ...74 Quid for a medium and large pizza ... ordered as it said 40% off.. didn't come off uber bill.. maybe my fault .. whatever .. is what it is .. order arrives .. completely wrong .. cold .. called them .. went through the order as placed.. they say it's ubers fault .. really ... uber don't make it do they ... wrong order .. no refund .. no offer to replace.. just call uber!! Crap product.. small.. wildly over priced.. staff are imbecilic pretending they can't understand anything.. difficult and unwilling to accept any accountability. All in its not a major drama ... its the attitude of the staff .. spoke to them nicely explained ... they basically didn't want to accept any responsibility.. pretending they couldn't understand.. just noise really... Mistakes get made.. but their attitude is whats worse than a wrong order at a stupid price .. Do your self a favour .. read all the other reviews .. all bad... and order elsewhere.. Save your self a few quid and a wasted evening lol

   Very misleading online, any pizza any size £8.99 but then continues to charge you more money on top with every choice you select. Absolute con and false advertising!

   1hr 50 min still no pizzas have rang 3 times and have said despatched twice first time after 1hr 2nd time 1hr15 min 3rd time 1hr 35 blamed the driver liars, then when we got them tasteless will no use again No wonder they are closing down in Australia

   Whenever I visit this hut during lunch hour the food is just awesome and out of this world. and today was no different actually better then ever. Thank you so much guys for me having such a great experience not just the food but customer service as well, Class beyond doubt. Manager and all the staff are really professional, pleasant and precise. Thanks Kashif

   What’s a zero star rating, ordered online 2 cookie doughs and a brownie. Got sent 3 cookie doughs. Called the branch spoke to a rude and uneducated employee who was shouting through the phone named “kumar” I just wanted a refund and then to collect the food and give me what I ordered but he kept shouting at me and then went to hang up the phone. This is what happens when you employ people who cannot answer the phone or take a simple order then see the only way is to shout disgusting behaviour they’ve lost a regular customer
