   Absolutely shocking customer service. Received an item covered in black hairs sent pictures to then be accused basically that my house is dirty and it’s come from my home. Shocking do not buy anything from here

   Terrible company. Ordered 2 jackets they only sent one, tried to get a refund and sent pics of me accepting the delivery, which was only one and wasn’t big enough to fit two in, tried to dispute it numerous times and ignored me until I wrote a bad review. Was so nice in messages putting kisses and being dead nice asked me to delete bad review and asked for my address to send another , so I did then blanked me until it had gone over the 30 day refund mark and no one could process one then even tik tok and then told me there had been a death in the company and wouldn’t be doing anything! Disgusting service I’m a business owner myself and wouldn’t dream of treating customers like this !

   Update : Recived my refund finally I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt I had to share my experience to warn others. Disgraceful customer service, still no refund.This company is an absolute joke. I returned my item and was promised a refund within 10 days — it’s been way longer and I’ve received nothing. I’ve messaged multiple times and either been completely ignored or told to “stop messaging” them. Seriously? Not only is that rude, it’s totally unacceptable. You owe me £69 and instead of sorting it out, you act like the customer is the problem? I’ll be reporting this to Trading Standards and warning others everywhere I can. If you’re thinking of ordering — don’t. This company clearly has no respect for its customers and no idea how to handle refunds.

   Not even worthy of 1 star. Absolutely shocking company. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. Wish I seen these reviews before I ordered. Same as others I've paid to return something and now they are ignoring and won't refund me. Awful quality clothing and terrible customer service.

   Orderd 2 lounge wear outfits, fast delivery but when arrived wrong size in one lounge wear when emailing customer service they offered to send out right size, 2weeks have past no further contact from seller or reply or neither have i received right size not best experience from buying on Internet.

   DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!! Sent me the wrong items , very poor quality look nothing like the photos anyway ! Sent back to them which was difficult anyway no return service nothing paid £6 for tracked delivery to see that Royal Mail have tried and returned it and no one actually lives at that address nor is there any business there , SCAM!!!! Lost £50 and £6 return postage money , no reply from them what a surprise !!!!!!!! Absolutely disgusted

   Never never never order from this place Omg fashion, sent my returns back 4 week ago still no refund, luckily did it through Klarna so not lost a penny!! This business needs shutting down who running it a baby!!! The quality clothes are absolutely disgusting and hopefully someone will see how much con people they are and shut they website down
