As always we always have a lovely time when we visit. The lovely bar lady tonight was extremely friendly and looked after us.
The pics of this pub must have been taken a long time ago because they do not resemble the decor at all! This pub is dull and dingy and looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years! Thick dust everywhere esp on the show bottles on the shelf above the bar! The seat coverings are filthy and in need of replacement! Only had half a beer as couldn't wait to get out! Only about 3 locals in there so no atmosphere except music from the 60s! Suggest you travel 1 minute up the road to The Portobello Inn on the corner of Fawkham Road! Complete opposite experience!! Might I respectfully suggest that the bar staff utilise their shift by cleaning some of those disgusting bottles instead of just standing around when no one to serve?
Website was a suspicious phishing site. Presumably it was hacked or the pub let the site registration expire? Google have taken it down now so the owners can link to the correct one. Haven't actually been there so rating is 4 stars / neutral-positive.

Friendly pub. Nipped in one midweek lunchtime. Doesnt take cards. Have been in the evening and its fun, friendly and thriving.
Popped in and had some food here whilst staying over the night before a track day. Nice little pub and felt welcomed. Will be back on my next trip down for track day.
The best ever pub the staff are really friendly. The only downside is you have to Pat for drinks with cash, cards are not acceptable. Also the garden is great if you have dogs, as long as you remember to pick up their deposits.
A really nice friendly pub both guests and staff ,dog friendly, dartboard, pool table, juke box outside garden with a few bit for kids. Also have regular entertainment and plenty of free parking in the gamecock meadow next door if car park full
Large pub, better decor than some locally but almost empty on the Sat evening that I visited. Stories locally tell of running out of beer and no one being able to change a barrel. A shame, a good pub seems to be in need of better management.
