   Erika and the team helped us throw the most wonderful 5th birthday party for our daughter. They catered for all the kids dietary requirements with ease and the kids had the most wonderful time. Thank you to the whole team!!

   Took my 4 year old son for lunch. Immediately seated, friendly and welcoming staff who are always so upbeat and particularly good with children. Food is great- fresh and the pizzas have a very light dough all served in a timely fashion.

   The staff at pizza express in Sevenoaks could not have been more welcoming and helpful! We took our daughter and a few of her friends for a birthday dinner and everything was great. The usual excellent food and service, but what set it apart was the staff making such an effort to make it a special evening for our daughter, allowing us to bring balloons and a cake and bringing this out to sing happy birthday. It was great! Thank you!

   My daughter had the best Birthday party at Pizza Express Sevenoaks. Erica, Lola and team were so well prepared and organised and welcomed a big group of 20 girls (8-10 year old) with great energy and big smile. The girls had fun making pizzas and then savouring them afterwards. All throughout the time, the girls were well looked after and even the grownups were served really well with some drinks and pizzas. It was a fantastic arrangement with very attentive and caring staff. Thank you guys for making it really special for my little girl.

   An utter shambles of a restaurant, truly one of the worst run eateries i have ever been to. It’s a shame I am forced to give 1 star. I’m clearly thick as despite it being utterly awful for at least the last 3 years I have kept coming back, assuming that it can’t possibly be as bad as last time, but lo, every visit is a different farce. Last time I ate in: 90 min wait for food with 2 kids. Not one unprompted update as to the delay. Then we still had missing items from the order. 2 large tables walked out before getting their food. Last time I ordered for collection: missed my order despite a ‘we are preparing’ email being received. No apology, just told it was in the back of the queue. Couldn’t even arrange the refund on the day. It’s staffed by mainly teenagers which is fine, good to get experience, but lacks any sort of competent management. Avoid if you have kids or a desire to eat even vaguely close to when you intended.

   This doesn't even deserve 1 star. We came for dinner on 06/01/23, arriving around 8.30pm. We were seated promptly but then waited ages with no staff coming to take any food or drinks orders. There were only about 5 tables of diners and about the same number of waiting staff. All staff avoided eye contact when we tried to get their attention to order. It was very clear that they all wanted to finish their shift rather than serve anyone in the restaurant. The table behind us had also been waiting since before we arrived and, when no one came to take any orders, they decided to leave and get dinner in Wetherspoons instead. Pizzas were nice when they finally came but we were shocked to see staff sat around on their phones while on their shift. We waited a further 45 minutes for the bill, as the remaining staff sat behind the bar on their phones. It would have been easy to leave without paying at all because literally no one seemed to care or was paying any attention at all. Usually love Pizza Express but staff at this branch need serious training in customer service. The Sevenoaks branch has lost our custom as no way we'll be going back any time soon. It's not a nice experience to be made to feel like all the waiting staff want you to leave as soon as you walk through the door.    Wonderful food and atmosphere. Waiting staff were friendly and food arrived in good time. Had to ask a few times for a refill of our tap water but otherwise everything was perfect! I asked for an ingredient to be added to my pizza and it was really good - thank you!

   Popped in to get lunch, pre-ordered off the website so there was no waiting at all. Food was still hot when I collected it. I got the lunch side deal, halloumi bites and a pollo pizza wrap. The bites were great, just what I needed for a lunchtime pick me up. The wrap was alright, the dough to filling ratio could have been better in my opinion. Flavours were nice though. It looked like there was a decent amount of seating inside too.
