   The member of staff called liz is so rude, I work for a well known store and if we gave the same customer service as this member of staff did we would be disciplined. Hope head office sees this review and has a sharp word with this lady. Has I was leaving the eccles branch I over heard 2 customers who had left the store saying how rude this member of staff is and wouldn't be shopping in this branch again which I totally agree with.

   Not shopped in peacocks for a long time. Very different to what I remember. Its more for the more mature lady, office wear, blouses and there's a section for young children, I'd say ranging from baby to toddler. Bag accessories and shoes. Not much staff and not very friendly.

   Horrible service from the shop manager, came to replace unpacked product peacock branded, purchased 30 mins before, lost the receipt of it. Been treated with attitude.. Suggest to give the grey hair lady a bit of a customer service/treating Training as facing people doesn't go great. I'm a regular customer and you are about to loose my custom

   This place is great for a quick look in as most things are easy to see from the door. If you are going somewhere and need something quick peacocks is the place also the low prices are great all year round so overall this place is great
