   Really shocked with our visit today! The mrs & I love this store aswell. Always find a great deal, friendly staff. Not today. Super weird group of women all clumped up by the changing rooms, pulling wierd faces and making comments about the customers in the branch. Some women knocked over some plastic bottles and it turned into highschool vibes. Poorly blended make up everywhere. Tried to squeeze past someone who looked like they'd just rolled out of bed.. turned out she worked there. I said "oh sorry love. Excuse me will these items be reduced in black friday sales?" She looked at me like id just stolen a sausage out of her breakfast barm. Like are you for real? Crazy! Just go the one in town and save yourself some time. The aussie dude with tash is sound though he has execellent customer service.

   Amazing customer service! I brought some yoga pants into store that needed taking up, the girls were so helpful in making sure they were the perfect new length for me. I live in Leeds and they were happy to post them to me. I got them in 4 working days and they are exactly what I wanted. Fab service, thank you!

   I went to lululemon and was given excellent service by Abi and the team. I was helped with the fitting and had a pair of the amazing leggings, which I use for yoga. They are so soft and like a second skin. I was advised not to wear them for day to day activities, due to the nature of the fabric, and they have lasted beautifully. As a larger waisted person I'm pleased to say they do not dig in or roll down! I also bought a racer back top, which is again so comfy to wear. You certainly get what you pay for as the quality is sumptuous and well worth it.
