   Becca & Dylon will make sure no other retailer gives better service in the Trafford Centre. Becca sets a true leadership example for her staff. I can't tell you how over whelmed we was with the high level of service from Becca And Dylon. Nothing was too much supporting us for a graduation dress and accessorising. What stood out was how we felt wanted and taken care of. Thank you soooo much

   I would just like to share my experience in this store. The option in this store is amazing we found what we wanted and was not dissapointed. However this was more possible by a amazing lady who works there called Emma, this lady went above and beyond and nothing was to much trouble, she made the experience of finding something for a important day a brillant one and made us feel like we have done everything. My family cant thank her enough. If anybody needs any help please ask for emma you wont be dissapointed.

   I visited the Quiz store at the Trafford Centre in a bit of a panic, just a few days before a family wedding. I had already bought a dress online but was struggling to find accessories to match — and I still needed something for my young daughter too! The young boy who helped was absolutely amazing from the moment he asked me if I needed any help. He took the time to help me find the perfect bag and fascinator in-store, and even helped me order a beautiful pair of shoes online to complete the look. He really went the extra mile and even suggested a great backup outfit for my daughter, just in case. His advice was so thoughtful and reassuring. Another lovely member of staff (unfortunately I didn’t catch her name!) then helped me find the perfect shoes for my daughter — everything came together beautifully just in time for the big day. I honestly can’t thank the team enough. The customer service was outstanding, and I’ll definitely be recommending this store to friends and family!

   A big thank you to Becky the manager at the Quiz store in the Trafford Centre. She helped my 25 year old daughter choose the perfect pair of shoes for her school prom. She was lovely, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Then lizzy served us and had a lovely manner. So a big thank you to 2 lovely ladies who gave us a wonderful shopping experience

   Visited to purchase a couple of items I’d seen on the website. Mainly shoes so wanted to try on. Checked price and was more expensive. Asked if would match website advised they wouldn’t so decided to just buy a belt out the sale section. Waited 5 minutes for the girl to realise I was at the till. Finally, Got to the till to find out it was only in the Sale online and advised manager wouldn’t match. Left empty handed. I’ll buy online in future

   I visited the store today , and even though I could only see two staff on, they were both ever so helpful# especially the lady with the blue dress on with the leg tattoos. Thank you so much for your help and patience, finding me the right shoe size being so pleasant and helpful. Their needs to be more shop assistants like this who even when short staffed or under pressure still presents with a smile and more than happy to help even when run off their feet. Thank you, I finally found the right pair of shoes for my mothers retirement doo. I had been all over the stores and was extremely happy when finally finding the right items that would suit my dress perfectly for a special event.
