   Appalling customer service, staff are so rude. Placed an order for collection and was told it was an hour and 20 minute wait which we were happy to wait given its New Year’s Eve. When we arrived at the restaurant, we were informed it was going to be another 20 minute wait which we sat and waited. With no indication as to what was going on after that 20 minutes, we asked again, was given a dirty look by the young lady at reception and ignored. 5 minutes later she then told us it was still going to be another 15 minutes. At this point we walked away. We were happy to spend £100 on our order, but two hours waisted waiting for a Chinese it not something we’re going to entertain by putting money in the restaurants pocket. I’m sure the foods great, but after an awful first impression, we won’t be returning. The fish and chip shop was great!

   Absolute joke of a business. Rung up to make a collection, told would be ready in hour 20. Got here from 20 minutes away so around hour and 15. All staff are rude and ignore you on arrival. Finally spoke to someone, 30 minutes wait after 30 minutes get told another 15 to the be left for 20 further then to be told an extra 15. Definetly wouldnt waste my time.

   The best Chinese food. Everything is fresh and delicious. Have ordered from here multiple times and it's always great. They get very busy with collection/deliveries over the weekend so waiting times can be pretty long but it's worth the wait, the food is amazing. The staff are lovely, friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend.

   Food and service were both good. No complaints. The dine-in area can be somewhat noisy a large group are in, which they were in our case. But will eat here again because it has a good balance of service, food and price.

   Totally disgusting. Customer service appalling. When we complained that the food was cold she grabbed my hand and said plate is hot. Was told we better eat of all of it, I thought that was the idea of “all you can eat “. I will never eat there again.

   Absolutely amazing quality of food. The all you can eat option is a bonus! The muscles in black bean are amazing and all the food is great quality. The owner is amazing and friendly and if you ask for something off the menu they will do their best to honour it. I go here every year for my birthday and no matter how many Chinese takeaways I try thoughout the year none compare (I live outside of the area to get delivery). The owner is amazing and friendly and if you ask for something off the menu they will do their best to honour it.
