   Came here twice recently. Mens clothing is poor and non existent to be honest. Also it's outdated and plain. The staff always try to give you Email receipts which are all spam from retail stores. Don't give them your email address. Ask for a paper receipt. I did and told the girl straight never say "we are going paperless".. Would you give your email address to a complete stranger for third party use ?

   Came in today to do a bit of shopping and was met with a lovely girl called Vanessa she was very polite and respectful. Beautiful store with amazing quality clothes. 10/10 recommend

   Where have the men's clothes gone? Hardly anything for summer in store , never seen such a poor selection of clothes in-store . Definitely give it a miss in the future. Only plus side is that it was one of the few stores to give blue light discount.

   It was my birthday today and I decided to swap a pair of my River Island jeans with another that fitted as my parents bought me clothes as presents without fully knowing my size, anyways I managed to pocket £40 of my birthday money and forgot to take it out before returning it. The man at the counter was extremely helpful in scanning the receipt, looking at all of those jeans and checking all the pockets for my money, he even went into the back to check the CCTV footage to find out where they had been moved to, from the desk and to ask his co-workers if they had seen or moved the jeans or money before checking the floor and the boxes on the floor. Unfortunately this was to no avail but the man behind the desk was extremely helpful and this is definately my new favourite clothing store due to the exceptional customer service
