Shopped in the store today, the 3 staff members I interacted with were all equally rude, unfriendly, and unapproachable. Their cold attitude made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable throughout my visit. Customer service is a key part of any business, and unfortunately, it was completely lacking here.

I visited Stradivarius on Sunday and loved the Strappy Top with Beaded Embroidery Khaki (Ref. 6211/772/550), so I picked it up from the shop floor and used the self-service checkout. I entered my email for the receipt. When I got home that evening, I realised the top was damaged, dirty, and not wearable. I returned Monday (barely 24 hours later) to exchange it, but the receipt hadn’t arrived in my inbox. I tried making an account to view past orders, but it didn’t work. When I went in, I explained the situation and gave the exact purchase time, payment method, and other details so they could locate the receipt. Unfortunately, the staff member I spoke to first was extremely unhelpful — stand-offish, dismissive, and repeatedly told me I couldn’t return or exchange without the receipt, even after I mentioned the exchange policy. She seemed more focused on discouraging me than helping, which made the experience unnecessarily frustrating. Thankfully, Daniella overheard and completely turned things around. She explained how I could retrieve my receipt, located my order reference, and found me a replacement top in my size that wasn’t damaged. Unfortunately, when she passed me back to the original staff member, that same person attempted to charge me again instead of processing an exchange, which clearly she wanted the commission for the top. The contrast between the two staff members was night and day. Daniella was professional, efficient, and customer-focused, and she saved the situation. The other staff member came across as self-motivated, unhelpful, and made the experience far more negative than it needed to be. Thank you Daniella, I wore Monday night x

I was queuing with an item with discounted prices on it. One of the price was £9.99 and another one £5.99 it was super busy so I had to queue for a while. When I was about to pay the girl at the self checkout told me that the correct price is £9.99 and she’s not going to change it for me. This is really not a big difference and I found it super rude specially that I was queuing there for a while. Not a nice customer service I don’t recommend it!

I was delighted to know Trafford centre had a Stradivarius. Used to shop there when living in Portugal. Similar to River Island but better. Better prices, quality is brilliant. Staff were lovely. And the best jeans ever! I only get jeans from there. True to size. I'm a size 14 fits lovely on legs and bottom bit baggy on waist as hourglass figure but nothing a belt won't solve. Spacious shop, staff around to help when needed. Love this shop and always stop by when at Trafford

Appauling treatment by customer services. Don't order from this company early (Nov) at Christmas because if it doesn't fit you can't return it on 28th Dec!! My daughter now has a useless present with tags on that can't be returned. Despite the first email from customer services saying I could return until 30th Dec ( received email on 3rd Jan!!!) Thieves not to be trusted

Just checked reviews and had same issue as one customer in the review section. Staff customer who managed the changing rooms at 6.30pm 10/10/2022 was super rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. Giving us snotty looks. Changing rooms are in a filthy state dust I couldn’t stop sneezing. We were going to buy pants but the way the lady served us, we put the stuff back and didn’t purchase. Came back a 2nd time - still an awful experience, girls on the check out just ignored us when waiting to purchase our item. Chatting amongst themselves for 5 minutes. I would highly recommend this business fire half of their staff, as the staff are the problem in this shop.

Absolutely disgraceful treatment of customers by staff ! I will never be returning. I went to the till to purchase an item and the staff member snatched it out of my hand then said ‘ that would be £23.99 ‘ so I replied stating that all the dresses must have been mislabelled as the tag states £19.99 to which her reply was ‘it’s £23.99 do you want it or not’ in the rudest tone possible. I wouldn’t have minded paying more than stated if the staff member was polite but she was incredibly rude. This is also a clear violation of the consumer rights act as the price which is stated on the label should be the price a customer pays. As we were leaving she was huffing and puffing and making us feel so unwelcome. I will never be shopping here again due to the poor attitude of the staff members and a very poor treatment of customers with no apology about the mislabelling and no politeness whatsoever.
