   I was helped the other day by an absolutely brilliant member of staff called Imi, due to me being a fool and forgetting my glasses she Very kindly helped me read the sizing tags on a few t-shirts and even gave me a hand deciding which one looked best and recommended a matching over shirt. very friendly, polite and a credit for the brand.

   I went into the store yesterday with my 16 Yr old daughter, who found a t-shirt she really liked and decided to buy. Unfortunately we couldn't see any t-shirts her size. We asked a member of staff (didn't catch her name) if there were any more sizes in store, she confirmed there were but they were not were they were supposed to be; she then went absolutely above and beyond searching high and low, determined not to give up until she had found the missing t-shirt. She made my daughters day and we can't thank her enough, she's a real asset to this store.

   So, firstly, the shop is fine. Narrow ways through the racks of clothes, but otherwise, no issues. My main gripe is with the online delivery service, which has been poor and slow. I have had no help from customer services and no goodwill gesture, even for this terrible service. I would recommend you only buy at the shop, as the staff there try to be helpful, unlike the online chat agents who just end the chat when you start complaining.
