Had the best birthday meal. The waitresses was named Aga. The most friendliest waitress I’ve had here in the longest time. most helpful and full of smiles. Made the end of my birthday feel special. Will defo come back to celebrate special occasions. Thank you :)
We had a lovely time in the prezzo in Hornchurch. Our wonderful waitress Aga couldn’t do enough for us and was so attentive and friendly. The food was great and we picked a busy night so the atmosphere was great, but we didn’t feel we were left waiting for service at any point. Thank you aga! She made it extra special and worked so hard
Great service and we both enjoyed the food. Thank you to Aga for serving us. The gluten free pizza wasn’t as tasty I thought however it was good selection and we were allowed to use a voucher for the price reduction.
5 of us ate dined here on a week day for dinner. Food was very good; tasted very nice. Good size portions. We chose from the set menu, which was varied and good value. We had garlic prawns, pizza, spaghetti, beef & mash. Also desserts which included Sundays, Eton mess. Staff were great. Helpful and attentive. The restaurant was quiet and not busy and bit cold inside.
There’s something about the garlic bread at Prezzo that makes you go wild. The combination of melted cheese, fragrant garlic and crispy bread is impossible to resist and is the best way to start off a meal. The Tre Gusti Pizza was delicious too, but I’m not sure it could beat the garlic bread!
Worst experience I ever had. It was quiet when we come. Waited for the starter for around 35min because the kitchen forgot about our order. Mains come after another 40 min. It's more than ridiculous. Not recommended come here. Ever.
It was nice to see the restaurant so busy.The staff were attentive even though they were very busy.The food was hot and tasty,but the drinks as usual were expensive. There were some girls mucking around in the bathroom and blocked one of the was,but staff attended to it straight away.
The food was fantastic , the wine selection is good and the staff are friendly and attentive.
Me and my partner came here for our anniversary today, we normally go to the lakeside one as that's closest to us but thought we would try out another one. The food was amazing!!! Every dish felt fresh and hot. Very tasty!! The staff were fantastic. I would definitely reccomend this Prezzo above the lakeside one and will definitely be returning!!!!
