   Bought a coat for close to 100 pounds, wore it 4 times and the pockets have ripped, poor material, wont be going back to it again. Also them they put it on sale for the exact same price saying it was 140£ which is a lie.

   Worst day ever, went to do a exchange for a coat that was smaller in size and the lady refused because the price tag was not attached to the coat although the tag was there and in perfect condition. I went the week before and another lady was happy to change it but told me to come back with the receipt which I left in my other coat at home. When I came the week after another extremely rude lady said she will not take the back as the price tags are not attached and the receipt was a bit scrunched up, it was scrunched up as it was in my pocket but it was still there. I told her it was so easy to attach the price tag back on but she started shouting and saying no I’m not taking it back and was being very rude. I told her I want to speak to the manager so she rang her and started lying to the manage that we were shouting and making a thousands excuses just to play the victim. I have recorded her conversation on my phone for proof. She has no customer service skills. Shouting at costumers infront of their toddlers was a disgrace. I have never seen a rude arrogant staff. I have returned items even without tags and no stores have ever had a issue. No wonder the store is always empty who wants to go in there with a rude staff like her. I think she was called Sophie. It happens on the 13th November 21.

   Good clothing but seems to be very brand based and quite overpriced for the clothing. Would recommend going online as you can get the same clothing a lot cheaper online!
