Family friendly. Good customer services. Delicious food. Parking is a bit difficult to find around. Apart of that will say we are very happy.

We visited FIGO without a reservation, and at first we were greeted warmly, which created a positive first impression. Unfortunately, it faded very quickly. Despite many free tables in the main area, we were seated at the very back, which immediately took away the sense of hospitality. The service felt rushed and disorganized. The wine and water were brought separately, and we had to wait for the glasses. The starters arrived quickly and looked quite impressive, but the flavours were rather flat, lacking brightness and depth. With the mussels, we received a plate for the shells that was far too small, and no hand wipe was provided — something that is usually standard with seafood. The main course — the steak — was the biggest disappointment. It was chewy and dry despite being medium-rare, and it was served already sliced, which caused it to cool down almost immediately. The presentation was minimal: just slices of meat with rocket and Parmesan, without any sauce. When I asked about a peppercorn sauce, the waitress said she would check, but we never received any follow-up. In the end, we paid almost £140, and the dinner did not meet expectations in terms of either food quality or service. FIGO is a beautiful restaurant with visually appealing dishes, but the kitchen and the service clearly lack attention to detail, flavour, and overall professionalism.

Large potions - can share or take home . Very good service. Simple and quick to book. On the day , you get a text to confirm or cancel booking. Definitely recommend. All 8 people at my table happy with the food and service.

I've been here loads in the past and loved it but lately it just hasn't been the same! The staff aren't as friendly anymore, the food menu changes too often (as well as portion sizes and ingredients) so you can't always get your favourite dish and clearly none of the notes on my last booking (which was today) were even looked at! I don't think I will be going back to be honest, maybe for drinks upstairs or a private function but not for a general meal. Shame as its really the nicest looking restaurant currently on the whole high street!

Fantastic time was had for my birthday meal, didn't feel rushed and the food was well worth it. Marius general manager/Cocktail King was amazing, passionate about his craft and made us feel very comfortable, Debra our server was a dream, Head chef Roberto and Vincenzo were very generous, the presentation of the dishes was fab and I enjoyed every part of the food, delicious! Faye and Ben the bartenders too, wonderful service, ambiance and experience, can't wait to return! Thank you for a wonderful evening.
