   Customer service is really bad no body know what they doing emailed them so many times they keep saying it will take 5 days to resolve the issue emailed them 5 days later they said the issue is resolved I checked and it was not then they said it will take 5 days again no one know what they doing

   Awful service when collecting a parcel. The girl on the till was rude and slammed the parcel down. No please or thank you. Made it clear they were annoyed I was there stopping her having a chat.

   SHOPPERS BEWARE OF THE PARKING SCAM!! Spent a day and might I add a small fortune Christmas shopping at Crown Point Retail Park. My son loves C.P. Company so we spent some time browsing the store and made purchases amounting to several hundred pounds. Parked on the car park, finished the day with a meal on the retail park. Yesterday I received a parking notice, I went shopping their on 17th December, they processed the fine on 28th December, miraculously I didn’t receive the notice until January 10th to tell me that my fine would change from £60 to £100 if it wasn’t paid by 11th January, leaving me no time to appeal. Rang British Land who own the Crown Point only to be told that the parking had nothing to do with them, a blatant lie when the parking company clearly say they are issuing the fine on behalf of their customer. Paid the fine online to guess who? British Land, what an absolute scam. I will never spend another penny here on principle. I think that the shops operating on this retail park should make a stand against parking charges like this which will prevent customers returning and this is why my review is for USC and the other shops where I spent money on this day. The clothes and service I received in USC were fine but I’ll never shop at this branch again due to this ridiculous system of charging customers who park and spend their money there.
