   Vendor delayed postage for 3 / 4 working days and simultaneously ignored my repeated attempts of contact to request an alternative delivery (due to my being out of the country for an indefinite period). Item is now lost in Ups system. Will revise review dependent on resolution.

A go to place for me every season for the Zegna brand (my favorite). Only place in the north west where you can try the Zegna stock. Jack has the brand mix sorted to the tee!!

   Absolutely terrible service, dreadful attitude when we asked for an explanation. Told us items were out of stock but on the website they were in stock and allowed you to order. Laughed at us when we expressed how unhappy we were with the lies that had been told for items ordered and paid for 2 weeks ago. A parcel which was addressed correctly and was being shipped with UPS somehow made its way to an Amazon warehouse where it disappeared. Need to sort their website and need retraining on customer service and that laughing at someone who is complaining is not at all acceptable.
