   We've been regularly ordering from here. Some time mistakes are ignored. Today, We ordered Paneer Tikka And Paneer Biryani. undoubtedly Biryani was super. But PANEER TIKKA I've paid £5.99 and got this. I asked about the portion first guy said this is the fixed portion we deliver. Now let's come to taste, no salt nothing. It wasn't even cooked at all just bit marinated(may be). We received biryani First and they forgot to deliver Paneer Tikka. O called them and remind about the half order delivered. as it was already late night I asked can I cancel the order, we were advised to do it online, there was no option earlier. After getting the food I literally called to take ot back and refund. I scrolled Website for 5-10 mins there's no options for query related food or refund or similar issues, just ore written questions and answers. Money wasted and the the staff requires training on handling calls. i had paneer in my fridge, the se thing I cold get 400gm on spot. I never write but today I had to. There were previous problems too but today had to speak as a regular customer.

   I recently ordered from standard Indian and was impressed with the flavorful dishes and prompt delivery. The packaging kept the food warm, and the pricing felt reasonable for the quality. Highly recommend trying their paneer dishes !

   Horrible service. We ordered a lamb tikka but when it arrived the food had bits of fat and was very chewy. We called the takeaway and the person on the phone said they would come and pick it up. But soon after we got another call from the chef who was shouting at us saying we lied and there was nothing wrong with the food. In the end we were given another lamb tikka but am never ordering with this takeaway again. If you do order with this please, be careful.

   Posting a photo of what £19 gets you... Pal curry good although nowhere in Uber eats to add notes, small portion, wasn't hot and nowhere to add instructions Two poppadoms these were good and fresh tbf Mint sauce awful

   Don’t order any food from this restaurant. They don’t deliver the food . Last night i was ordered on Just-eat and they came in-front my door they didn’t even called me and they take food back and they saying they drop the drop the food in-front of the door and i saw the cctv it’s fraud restaurant , they came and take the food back and they saying it was delivered. Beware guys don’t order any food from this restaurant. And i have cctv footage proof if the restaurant want that I’ll send the youtube link .

   I ordered a chicken Briyani, and the chicken was undercooked. Not very nice. The package was not secure and I had raita sauce and curry sauce spilled out. Not worth the money I spent. Disappointed.

   This place is awful for its delivery services. I made an order and he turned up and don’t ring the bell, I called the restaurant and he said to me we don’t ring the bell as others complain….now that is a first I ever heard this your in Eastcote I’m in Northolt who’s gonna complain when I order. You should make the effort to ring the bell and deliver the food not say we don’t ring the door bell but we call on the phone!!! Is this your customer service!!’ Never again!!! Avoid at all cost if you wanna be left hungry at dinner!!!

   Has been a regular customer for over 15 years. I regular use to love ordering the Tandoori king prawn Masala. However recently its been awful. Quite a pricey meal but not to the standard it use to be at. Not the Tandoori king prawn they use to make. I cannot rate the chef at all because the food has no flavour and its not what it use to be. Very disappointed.
