Special thanks also to manager Ollie R, whose leadership is clearly reflected in the smooth operation and welcoming atmosphere of the store.    I had a great experience at END Clothing Manchester,thanks in large part to the security guard on duty. They were professional, polite, and very approachable. From the moment I arrived, they greeted me with a friendly attitude and were helpful in answering my questions about store entry and layout. It’s always nice to see security staff who not only ensure safety but also contribute to a positive and welcoming environment. Great customer service all around!

   The store is clean and bright and stands are beautifully displayed. The staff or not to be found and are unhelpful and the clothes are nothing special. Same prices as selfridges with less choice. No distinct USP so I'm not too sure what the fuss is about

   Called in late in the day, store was not too busy but had a great vibe about it. I really like the layout and space, great balance of clothes, accessories, books and homeware. Staff were courteous without being in your face. Like the mix of labels, had an indie vibe as well as selling more mainstream brands.....looking forward to going again!

   The fact that this shop will not accept a return for something I bought literally last night, which has not been opened at all, because I made a mistake and bought the wrong version of a product is more than disgraceful. The phrase ‘con-artists’ comes to mind. Explains the fancy interior, because they’ve kept my money and given me a credit note that I’ll never use in this shop, ever again.

   I went here with my six foot 17 year old son who has become the most pickiest fashionista around and a nightmare to buy for.... Found this store a delight, he loved all the clothes, the staff and the store is brilliantly laid out with a very snazzy lift too. Plus they sell some pretty funky gifts too.
