Opted for takeaway - thought the spaghetti dishes may not be hot etc after being in a takeawya dish but was lovely. Pizzas had so much flavour. Great portions, fries to die for. And to top it off welcoming atmosphere while waiting and the owner came to the door to blow my mum a kiss and say goodbye.
Absolutely amazing. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Food excellent, staff knowledgeable and hard working, amazing atmosphere. Birthdays and the owner singing a birthday song. Shouting to people "I love you". An absolutely amazing treat for the whole family. Price, it's not over priced by eating out standards these days. 100 % I'm sure we will be back soon and maybe over and over again as a new family favourite.
The perfect date night. We had an amazing first experience at Mario's with my Wife. I knew exactly what I wanted to eat/try & it was absolutely delicious. The staff & owners are well nice people, honestly. Good chat & laugh
A great environment with friendly and attentive staff, orders were taken quickly and smoothly with food arriving in good time fresh and well plated. Prices are reasonable, at service industry expectations, the atmosphere is comfortable and contributes to the experience with the decor and staff presentation. Good wine and drinks selection, and will definitely be one to return to with the family and friends.
Food did not take long at all. The dishes were delicious. The staff were all friendly and talkative, especially Mario. His customer service was one of a kind, managed to make my table laugh quite a few times.
The food from this restaurant is pretty good, but the portions are on the smaller side. I went there one time over the Christmas holidays and it was very busy, which made for a bit of a rushed experience. Despite this, the food was still tasty and enjoyable. Overall, I recommend this restaurant for the food quality, but be aware that the portions are small and it could be busy during peak times.
Authentic family-run Italian restaurant. Always a very warm welcome, excellent service and great food from an extensive menu. If there’s a birthday, all the staff go bananas. Brilliant.
Friendly service, pleasant atmosphere. The food wasn't as good as expected, my daughter's pizza, ham and pineapple wasn't brilliant, the toppings were very sparse as was the sauce on the base. I had chicken in a stroganoff sauce with rice. It wasn't too bad, I was just surprised at the small portion. Luckily I got a side portion of chips making the meal a little more substantial. Value for money, definitely not ! I would happily dine there again, I'd choose something more substantial and better value for money.
