Took money for 2 tiffins and never delivered. I made countless calls and when I spoke to Rikul he said he would send tiffins next day. Nothing arrived. Lots of other ppl affected. Sad that he's scamming under Bapa's name.

Here's what I have to say for Rikul- Jalaram Virpur Dham "I'm blown away by the exceptional catering service provided for our 10-day family event! Rikul went above and beyond to meet all our requirements, including gluten-free, Swaminarayan and vegan options. Their menu was incredibly diverse, offering a range of Indian and non-Indian dishes that catered to everyone's tastes- freshly made Pizzas, garlic bread or dosas- you say it, they've got it The attention to detail was impressive, and the food was not only delicious but also presented beautifully. Rikul and his team were professional, courteous, and accommodating throughout the entire event. What truly stood out was their ability to seamlessly incorporate dietary restrictions and preferences into their menu planning. It was clear that they had a deep understanding of the community's needs and traditions. I wholeheartedly recommend this catering service to anyone looking for exceptional food, outstanding service, and a genuine commitment to meeting specific dietary requirements. Five stars isn't enough – I'd give them ten stars if I could!"

Such delicious food. We had Indian street food. Tried their special bhel, samosa chat, vada pav. Everything was just yummy!

Went for dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed the decent food taste with satisfying portions. The pani poori, Masala Kichadi, Kadi, Paneer Chilli Paratha, Poori, Maharaja Milkshake, and Falooda were all delightful. However, the 1psc pappad priced at £2 felt a bit steep. Nonetheless, the service was excellent.

First time in here and YOU have to go! It’s the cutest little spot with amazing food. The Enchilada is to die for. We will definitely be back again. We have ordered Paneer sizzler, Honey chilli potato, masala chaaas, Enchiladas, pani Puri and bhel Puri. All these were very tasty and filling.

Food was good, but unfortunately the service and how we were treated was not good. The tea we ordered was provided with gone off milk, we ordered food that came with hair on the plate, restaurant just keeps denying it had nothing to do with then with no apology, restaurant accused the hair was ours, we spent over 100 pound here and got treated in a terrible way. Even if they took ownership of this would have been enough but hey, this is something they did not do and decided to accuse is rather than keeping the customer happy. We were sitting downstairs and there was no waiter downstairs to help us (check CCTV between 6-9 you will see me waving at the camera for service)when we needed, toilet didn't work, service was slow, main dish arrived and rice arrived 10 mins later. Just overall a horrible experience here and would not come back. Managerial staff could benefit from being more hospitable, considering they are in a hospitality business and respect paying customers. This situation could have been handled alot better. The waiting staff were lovely.

Virpur Dham is a great little Indian eat out. The lady who was at front desk was very friendly. Chai was great. And, had Bombay sandwich which was delicious and the green chutney was authentic. Giving 4* not 5* because they can still raise the cleanliness in both at the tables and in toilet. Reasonably priced too!

Tried the Italian sizzler didn't really like it. Didnt taste Italian at all and I think it would be better without the veggie cutlets in it which didn't taste good with the pasta but the pasta on its own was good. It was really cold in the restaurant which makes you feel really uncomfortable while eating. Think it may be advisable to stick to the thali next time which is what,I guess, they're famous for.

Absolutely shocking - 2 hours to receive food - 1 item was literally raw (which took the longest to be cooked) - we questioned it and was told that we didnt know what we were talking about. Waited for us to pay the bill. (Over £110) and then started shouting at us, being abusive in front of kids and elders ( we had a mixed group) Honestly do not even waste your time to go to this place - one of the worst dining experiences we have ever had! Feel so sorry for the staff working there- blind leading the blind!
