   My partners size was in store and the only one available was on the display mannequin, when she asked to buy them it was refused. Since when was it acceptable to allow paying customers to leave the store when they request an item they have there and then because staff cant be bothered to remove clothing from a mannequin for customers willing to pay for what is being displayed - literally. Out of touch with reality, take a wage staff with no skill in salesmanship whatsoever. Id give no stars if i could, shocking.

   Not surprised reading this review about the rude staff! Not only did i experience the same outcome im actually so disappointed for this store, fresh young girls out of college with zero work ethics on what work is or how to have customers services in a customer facing roll is, I asked for a sizes was told get it your self, then when I returned the items from the changing room, i went put them on the table was told no on the rail, the one item was not on a hanger and she has the audacity to say we expect you to put it on the hanger. In normal circumstances I would always do this but due to their inappropriate skill ser to treat a customer who still proceeded to purchase! Invest some money in customer service training or staff who know how to work the shop floor/ retail or most customers come out with such a terrible experience.

   Severely disappointed with the customer service on Friday 1st November at Trafford Centre. This item was advertised at £9.99; however this is H&M’s marketing strategy and items in this area may not be this price the store manager informed me. She would not honour the price. This was after a member of staff lied to me about the store having a re-merch that day and the marketing team had forgotten to take down the price signs. One very disappointed 5 year old who didn’t not got a new dress for her party. Very disappointed with the service level as this was false advertisement.

   Big thank you to the staff on the mens department.. after paying for some trousers at the till I collected all my 5 bags off the floor and walked out leaving my purchase from H&M on the counter ( oops ) after I realised this I went back but it had gone ...the staff knew it was MY mistake but replaced them without any drama free of charge Thank you again

   Uninspired….had to fight my way through racks upon racks of female section clothing to eventually reach the mens department. Most of the clothing looked creased on the racks. The new layout made it harder to find things and it was much better before. Some of the range seemed very standard. I didn’t intend to make a purchase as there were large queues for the self-service bank of tills and only one person behind a counter. I was underwhelmed as this was supposed to be a new concept store.
