   I went to the shop on Wednesday 10th December at about 8.30 in the men’s department, they were getting ready for closing up, but the young lad & girl were very friendly & helpful, nothing was too much trouble & I left thinking this is the best RI I have ever been in, they are a credit to the store & I hope their Manager reads the review I just wish I knew their names, they looked about 18 or 19 maybe.

I had a fantastic experience shopping in the menswear section at River Island recently, thanks to a brilliant team member who truly went above and beyond. The mixed-race female staff member assisting me was incredibly helpful from start to finish. She made the entire process of trying on and purchasing feel effortless, with a warm, professional attitude that really stood out. Her attention to detail and genuine care made the try-on experience feel premium, and her product knowledge made it easy to find exactly what I was looking for.    This was a fantastic store to go shopping at, with a large area that is navigable through the signs for the categories! The escalators help to get around, the men's section is well laid out with a wide range and there is a good number of changing rooms. I bought smart casual trousers and was served by a lovely lady, who was really helpful in advising me what to wear when I asked questions! The price was sensible too and the store is well decorated.

   Good place to go if you’ve got a partner who just can’t stop shopping. I’ve been 3 times now with her and is a great place to go if your ever in the Manchester Arndale or other vicinity. They have a wide range of clothing for sale both for female and males. Full of dresses, shirts, coats , all the things you expect to find in a high street quality shop. They also sell earrings and other accessories like bracelets etc .Another good feature River island has are comfortable seating areas where you can just sit & relax well she gets on casually looking at all the stuff which can take up to an hour sometimes!!! Really friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommended you come here one time if your ever in Manchester or the north west area as it’s an excellent place to go.
