   I had a wonderful experience at Crispy Dosa! The food was delicious as always, but what made it even better was the excellent service. Our waiter Sailaxmi was polite, attentive, and had a warm smile throughout. She made sure everything arrived on time and checked in just the right amount to make sure we were happy. Truly professional and friendly — she made our visit extra special. Highly recommended!

   Food was good and quick service. Doesn’t even have to wait to get the food on the table, it was a quick service. Food was delicious. Staff named Laxmi was very polite and help to choose us the right food according to taste. Asking about allergies was very professional. If I visit Harrow again will visit again.

   Order #4606 – Extremely Disappointing Experience We ordered from the Harrow branch and it was a complete waste of money and effort. Items ordered: • 1 Paneer 65 • 1 Podi Dosa • 1 Onion Rava Dosa • 1 Onion Dosa Not a single dosa was crispy – they were all soft and soggy by the time they arrived. The liquid curries (sambar and chutneys) were bland and lacked any flavour. Paneer 65 was average at best. To make things worse, I tried calling their landline multiple times to ask what went wrong – it’s been busy for over 35 minutes. Either the phone is off the hook, or they’re deliberately avoiding calls. Very strange and unprofessional. Stay away from this branch. Poor food quality, no customer support, and a total letdown. Won’t be ordering from here again

   Crispy Dosa has been one of our favourite spots for South Indian food. We regularly order the Mysore Masala Dosa, Manchurian Dosa, and Medu Vada, along with Rasam Rice, Bombay Thali, and Chole Bhature – all consistently good. Their sambhar is a highlight – flavourful, served hot, and unlimited with dosas and vadas. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. The only downside is that the service can be a bit slow at times. However, on our last few visits, we noticed the Medu Vada isn’t as good as it used to be – it tastes less fresh and lacks the crispness we loved. I really hope they can bring back the original flavour and texture. Still a great place overall, and worth visiting!

   The over all experience was good. Food quality is awesome. Loved the Dosa I had, however in the Masala the taste of hing was as on a higher side. Filter coffee was another level. I would highly recommend this place.

   Delicious food and good service. Plenty options for vegans as restaurant is pure vegetarian, but menu labelling is incorrect (other vegan options not marked, not all Dairy marked with D). Ordered hakka noodles, gobi 65, masala dosa, mushroom manchurian dosa - all served hot and were tasty!Great value too, for 4 people (2 starters, 4 mains, no drinks) bill came to £50.

   Indian food is my happy pill, I was struggling looking for the best Indian food everywhere, and here comes the Crispy Dosa! The food is excellent!Always taste good! I have been in Crispy Dosa Windsor, but Crispy Dosa Harrow in the hill is the best! I love the service there the staff are so friendly, especially Chandu, he comes and talk to us, engaging good conversation and makes us feel good, he is knowledgeable guy as well. We definitely keep visiting Crispy Dosa for a good meal.
