I went to Calvin Klein today to shop for a Christmas gift for my dad. I had great service from Junior who was very attentive and helped me pick out a nice matching pj set. I feel very happy with the purchase as well as the great service I experienced! Looking forward to gifting it to him.
A fantastic Calvin Klein store! The minimalist aesthetic is perfectly reflected in the clean, well-organized layout. The staff was helpful without being pushy, and I found my size quickly. A great shopping experience for classic, high-quality basics.
Visited earlier today to just pick up my usual staple pieces and had a lovely encounter with a blonde young lady (Lydia I think her name was) who worked there. She was so kind and helpful, she went above and beyond to help me. Thanks so much for your advice and help Lydia!
The only issue they do need to address is that if you buy something that you like, and you just want to exchange it in a store, that is not possible. Apart from this, Calvin Klein offers free delivery for purchases over £50, and free returns. Delivery was fast within a few days after ordering, and the courier used is good old royal mail.
Was served by Ava she was extremely friendly and kind and supported me with deciding on what aftershave to purchase. I had amazing customer service from Ava and would recommend to anyone.

Nathan made my trip to the store the easiest and most pleasant experience I have ever had when buying clothes. Helped me buy a pair of jeans for my boyfriend and was so helpful, would always ask for him when in store!! Give him a raise!
Literally seen a jumper with a hole in, a gentleman showed his manager who told him to stick it back on the shelf Watch out for messed up garments on shop floor, manager clearly isn't bothered
First time I have ever bought a pair of Calvin Klein underwear and used this store and I am disappointed with the customer service from the store manager and quality of the products. After spending £38 for a my first ever set of Calvin Klein underwear, one pair developed a hole in the seam after 4 months, and so I took it back to the store thinking I would get an exchange and good service from a reputable brand known for their quality underwear. I was wrong, initially the assistant who dealt with me was nice and understanding and accepted that they should not of developed a hole after only 4 months and was willing to give an exchange. However once the manager came to authorise is she was being defensive from the start and stated that even though I have only have them 4 months her policy is no returns or exchanges for underwear after 2 months, and that I may have used them excessively which has caused the hole. I was shocked at the response from the manager, even if I wore the pair 2 days a week since I bought them that would of only been 32 days, the logic did not make sense. I understand that may be her store policy, but end of the day all exchanges would be allowed to her discretion as a store manager and considering this was my first ever Calvin Klein purchase the quality does not reflect the reputation of the brand in the product and the service, and so I won't be buying Calvin Klein again. Its funny as I recall when I purchased the pair, the manager was at the till at the time, and I said to the clerk 'this is my first pair of Calvin Klein underwear, so I'm looking forward to trying them out', the manager replied 'oh trust me once you buy Calvin Klein you won't use anything else! ' How wrong was she.
