   Worst daal baati ever first of all baati is not properly cooked and test is disgusting so so so far away from daal baati .... don't West your money to buy daal bati from here....here is the proof i buy from your restaurant...this is my frist time i ever give worst ratings to the restaurant bez i am too hungry amd getting this this..... ss is enough for you i buy from you restaurant and you know what I'm not interested in your refund i give review bez other person can know it....this review only for daal bati not other food bez i didn't try it and i never going to try it after this type of behaviour....you want to prove that its fake but its not I have proof of order and i already attached it....

   Customer service can be improved and there is a lack of basic hygiene level in practice. The people serving do not change their gloves and whilst wearing the same gloves are touching their face, hair etc and serving food, it’s very unhygienic. I raised this with them and they were in denial.

   There was catering by this firm in Friends of MP Group Event in Hounslow on 26th Nov 22 and the food was horribly bad. There were about 250 people and every body had the experience of worst ever food. My and my wife had started vomiting after reaching home and had stomach upset and we both were down with fever for nearly a week. I am initiating legal action against this caterer.

   AVOID AVOID AVOID! Disgusting food. Operating Paratha House on Uber eats from the same establishment. Both Paratha House and Ketraj have the same menu. Spent over £30 for the food to be delivered freezing cold, hard, stale. Food not worth even feeding an animal. Phoned Ketraj, they confirmed my delivery has already left the store and should be with me. That was the icing on the cake, conformation Paratha House was operating from the same shop. Staff are rude. SHOCKING!!!! Ended up with upset stomach. PLEASE BE CAREFUL!

   AVOID AT All COSTS. I have just ordered food from a company called Paratha House on Uber eats which is operating from exactly the same address as Ketraj. So we decided to call Ketraj about the order we placed with Paratha House and the lady on the phone confirmed that she had received our order from uber eats. The food arrived. Sabudana khichri arrived warm, however all other food which was crispy bhajia, batata wada, moong daal pakoda arrived cold and stale. I tried to get a refund for the issue and had no luck via uber eats, please avoid ordering from this establishment as it is not fair that they are trying to run two companies from this location and are compromising on the quality of food sent out to customers. Avoid at all costs.
