Ordered chicken biryani, got mutton biryani instead. The mutton biryani didn't taste right and I could not eat any more than 1 spoonful. Tasted very soapy.
Food was ok & arrived quickly, quite salty. Next day my wife and I have been ill. Stomach pains and using the toilet. Thankfully we have two toilets. Have had food from here before and not had an issue. ,Won't use again .
Shocking! Do not recommend!! Lied twice about when our food was due to come. Each time said the driver had left but they had not. Unable to cancel the order. Over an hour later than the latest delivery time. So disappointing when it did come! Korma was watery, peshwari naan had no coconut flavour and the chicken was ultra-processed - didn't taste like chicken, like it had been stored in brine.
I get food delivered from many different places. With many of them, the food quality will go up and down. Some restaurants, over time, seem to get lazy, and it's not even that unexpected when the food quality suffers. That's why restaurants like Spice Express are like gold dust. You can rely on the same great tasting food time and time again. I recommend trying one of their chef's specials. You won't be disappointed.

the grilled tandoori collection and biryanis are delicious here, amazing service and shall be returning here again. good portions too. also have options for children such as nuggets and chips
I’ve tried many takeaways and restaurants , Best Indian food I’ve had, amazing taste, been having it for years. Tend to be busy in weekends but still does not fail me. Very friendly workers too
Worst curry I've ever had in my life, what chicken tikka masala has coconut through it absolute terrible and when I called them they acting like this is normal, if you want a good curry go to tooting and skip this waste of money and time
Told 1hrs wait for food, at the 1.5hr mark we phoned and told that food was coming and had been picked up. 45mins later food arrived and driver said he picked up 10mins prior. Should just be honest and see-through with customers and you wouldn't have lost this one. Go somewhere else, easier, no lies and probably exactly the same quality.
