   Really pleasant shopping experience, not pushed or pressured, only informed and advised, very kindly. All staff members took their time to smile and say hi, again without adding any pressure. We came away without buying anything and weren't made to feel bad for this. Whilst shopping in store we took interest with a couple of items therefore we were given the working paul smith email address of a staff member and upon our return home we've been in touch and are now in the process of placing an online order. Karen and Helen have been really kind, friendly and helpful. I really don't think I've ever received this level of customer service from any other store I've shopped in, let alone designer clothing brand stores. Thankyou to Karen & Helen Kind regards Rob

   Great people, great service. I had to return an item to PS and the level of service and positive attitude from the staff and Karen, the manager was outstanding. The value of a good brand is how their people manage little problems and the people here showed why Paul Smith is worth that little extra. Probably best customer service experience in any UK store!

   I used to be a big fan of Paul Smith clothes Recently I bought a Polo for £155. It looks nice but the quality of material used is terrible (you get better quality of material when buying a Polo from Primark) I buy your stuff for their quality not because of the artist stripe!!!

   Must be on some sort of commission because I was hardly left alone by this annoying Irish lady trying to get my personal details and would be breathing down my neck every time I'd look at something, plus the sales staff near enough fought each other to put customers things through the till and out the door, really poor shop.

   Amazing place, the clothing and most of all the Staff. It was almost like walking into a Arte gallery full of art pieces and I wanted them all. Because of the hospitality and the great product I had to indulge in excellence.

   I love it in this shop - exclusive and expensive but you really do get what you pay for. It can be quite intimidating to walk in but it's worth it - you will definitely find unique and interesting apparel. The staff are helpful and encouraging and, in my experience so are other customers.
