   I recently visited your store with the intention of returning two pairs of shorts that I had purchased. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The customer service I encountered was appalling; the staff members were not only unhelpful but also displayed an attitude that I can only describe as rude. From the moment I approached the service desk, I was met with impatience and a lack of courtesy. Despite my polite inquiries and the valid reasons for my return, I was treated with disdain. There was no attempt to understand my situation or to provide the assistance I expected as a customer. I am utterly disgusted by the treatment I received. It is unacceptable for any customer to face such behavior, especially when trying to resolve a simple issue. This experience has significantly diminished my opinion of your brand, and I am hesitant to make any future purchases or recommend your store to others. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that measures are taken to improve customer service training. No customer should have to endure what I went through.

   Amazing Customer Service! Went in today for some new jeans and few new tops and the bald gentleman was super helpful and friendly! Helped me find the correct size that I needed and was generally super helpful!! Definitely coming back for more next payday!

   The staff were actually amazing. They had great energy, easy conversation, overall I'm extremely impressed. I went in when there was a sale (getting rid of summer stock) so some clothes were even £3.99 from £23.99. Quality of clothes seem to be good. The environment is very welcoming with great music. Overall really enjoyed the experience.
