   The entire team were so helpful today processing my returns. I’d foolishly lost my e receipt but they couldn’t have been more lovely in helping me try to find it. They could have been very dismissive on what has got to be one of the busiest days of the year, but they went above and beyond. Great customer service thank you!

   Very disappointing customer service. The staff seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than helping customers. The queues at the checkouts were extremely long. I had a click and collect order, and in the past, I could simply ask a staff member to retrieve it from the back. Now, customers have to wait in the same long queue just for a cashier to scan and collect it, which only slows everything down further since it takes one cashier away from serving others. The new system is inefficient and makes no sense.

   In the trafford centre: Excellent service and friendly staff- very helpful and went out of the way to locate something although she was already occupied- went out the way to check stock, order something and also gave us all the information and more we need about the item. Above and beyond customer service today!
