I am writing to raise a concern regarding an incident I witnessed on the shop floor. I observed a member of staff being spoken to by a what looked like a manager called Lisa, (asked another member of staff on the shopfloor) in a raised and aggressive manner. The interaction was clearly distressing for the employee, who appeared visibly upset and close to tears. This type of behaviour is not appropriate in a professional workplace and falls short of the standards of respect that staff should be able to expect. The shop floor is not an appropriate setting for addressing performance or conduct issues in such a manner. Staff members deserve to be treated with dignity and respect at all times, and any concerns should be handled calmly and privately. I sincerely hope that the young employee involved receives an apology and appropriate support, and that steps are taken to ensure similar incidents do not occur in the future. Maintaining a respectful and supportive working environment is essential for both staff wellbeing and professionalism.

No customer service skills. No staff assisting customers at the fitting rooms. Terrible service and experience. Staff too busy talking to each other.

Awful experience with the “manager of 6 years” at this store. I purchased a pair of jeans that were too small at the Ashton store, but thought I would return them whilst I was visiting the Trafford Centre. Unfortunately, when I purchased the jeans they didn’t have a tag, so the member of staff manually typed in the product code. I now know this was mistakenly typed in wrong. The manager at the Trafford Centre immediately refused my return and was very unwilling to help. She was acusing me of being rude, when really it was her own attitude that was the problem. The right thing to do would have been for her to call the Ashton store and resolve the issue for me. Instead, I was made to feel like a liar and that it was my mistake. My mere opinion that this wasn’t acceptable, was met with a threat that she would call security. Completely terrible customer experience. I will soon attempt to return them at the Ashton store, wish me luck!

I wished to buy my father a lovely gift, and found good variety of menswear at a moderate price here. I did like their tie, shirt and tshirt collection for men, staff was helpful and got what we went for.

This is a great place to shop for clothing. I always have a look around here whenever I’m at the Trafford Centre. NEXT keep up with the latest fashions and thankfully their sizes fit me. This store has a wide range for Women, Men and Children so good for the whole family. There is a Costa Coffee shop in the store too. As with anywhere in the Trafford Centre it is better to come here during the week and not the weekend because it does get very busy here on Saturdays and Sundays. Also it’s easier to park during the week. There are many free car parks around the Trafford Centre but it fills up very quickly at weekends. If you can only get here at the weekend it’s better to come early. Thanks for reading.

Love the new store and usually a regular customer here, however probably won’t be returning due to todays experience. The lady serving us completely lacked customer service and paid no attention whatsoever, her conversation with a coworker was more important than serving us. Asked if we wanted a bag 3 times - clearly not listening to me say yes each time she asked. Incredibly unprofessional and overall just a bad experience. Server name on receipt is Jugraj
