I visited Sandro last week and the experience was again nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I walked fin, I was greeted by the staff who addressed me by my name! Liz and Shannon (from the two Manchester Selfridges stores) were very attentive - they have taken the time to understand my style and made personalized recommendations that perfectly matched my taste. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a thoughtful little gift from the staff - it truly made me feel appreciated as a customer! ☺️ I can’t recommend Sandro enough!
