   My mum and i visited the store yesterday and were blown away by the level of service provided by each member. We tried numerous styles of jeans between us and all staff members were very knowledgeable of the styles on stock and therefore able to offer alternatives if there was something about a style we didn't quite like. Happy with our purchases thank you. Great store great staff

   Popped on spec nto the Levi shop this afternoon to see if they might do a tailoring repair to an old pair of Levis I had with a tear across the knee. I fully expected to leave the jeans and come back another time. To my great pleasure and amazement, l left the Centre an hour or so later with the most fantastic repair done at a very reasonable cost.. You literally could not see where the quite large tear had been. All thanks to a very friendly, highly skilled and efficient member of staff. She made my day.

   Visited this store on 30th September ‘25. Just shocked at level of service . I received absolutely no assistance, for the amount I was going to spend I would look at another brand /store just because of poor customer experience. Spending my money elsewhere.

   First class customer service. I had the length of my jeans altered free of charge. Every member of staff were I spoke to were super helpful and friendly. Alterations were done within 30 minutes.    I went in to Levi’s to get a pair of jeans. Now these needed to be the perfect jeans for me. I was prepared to invest in these - bit of a back story but I always struggle finding jeans that fit. I’m short (5’1, a size 12 but a little round at the tummy), so it’s always really triggering for me to buy pants due to them showing my flaws and making me feel fat. I had Nicole help me through the process of trying jeans on. We must’ve gone through about 9-12 pairs and I’d lost hope. If it wasn’t for Nicole being amazing, helpful, understanding and honest I don’t think I would’ve made it. In the end, the last pair (which Nicole ended up bringing to me as an experiment), ended up being perfect but a little too long. Nicole then told me that they can shorten the Levi’s for me Free of charge. I bought them and returned 30 mins later to try my altered jeans and they were perfect!! Thank you so much to Nicole at Levi’s Trafford. You have no idea how much you have helped me!

   AWESOME SERVICE I went into the store just to have a browse because my current Levi’s were getting a bit tight due to my expanding waistline. The staff were really helpful and knowledgeable about the brand and gave me great advice on what jeans would look best on me. I tried a few different styles and decided to buy a pair, but they didn’t have them in my shorter leg length. No problem. Within around 20 minutes, they measured and altered the jeans at no extra cost to me. Great service. Keep up the good work. Mark Chapman

   Went in here about a week ago and was helped by a guy named Pete or Peter, I’m sure he’s the manager. He was SO helpful, genuinely some of the best customer service I’ve ever received, if not, the best. Nothing was too much for him, whether it was going back and forth looking for sizes, colours etc for us. Lovely atmosphere and the other team members were great too. It’s so nice to have people actually care about the customer service as some places don’t anymore.

   We came into Levi's on Saturday 12th November 2022 to get some new jeans for my girlfriend. We were served by Maia, who was superb and personable in her service. My girlfriend was a bit nervous about sizes not fitting her as she's struggled in the past finding jeans that feel comfortable. Maia went above and beyond to make her feel at ease, took her time helping us with sizes and colours. Thank you so much Maia (and your lovely colleague who we didn't get the name of!) We will be back again x
