We'd like to thank Zara store Trafford Centre and in particular Clair (Store Manager) Noor (Sales Assistant) for their kindness in helping us find our daughter's airpods. Not only were they attentive and kind, they also showed empathy and professionalism while handling our request. We do appreciate it. Kind regards, Tim

I went to the Zara in the Trafford Centre and was absolutely delighted by the help I got from Joe. He was so good at advising and finding just the right things to put my outfit together. I could tell from the way Joe was dressed he knew how to make an outfit perfect. In seconds he knew where to find things and gave me his honest opinion of what I would look good in. I’m all set for Christmas now thanks to brilliant Joe!!!

Love the new random maze this store now is. The men’s and kids area is a bit more normal. Love this pink twin suit I spotted. Good value too. You’ve got to give it to them there is lots of space now to mooch and browse.

I had a terrible shopping experience at your store in Trafford centre. I purchased a jacket and two t-shirts. The total order came to £125.97. I paid at the self serve checkout. The shop assistant said I could not take the items because the money didn't go through. I checked my bank account and the money had indeed left my account. This happened on the 26th of November 2025. She then claimed to process a refund and said the money will be back in my account in 48 hours. I checked my bank account and never received my money. I went back in to the store after two days. The shop assistant said they will process a refund again so I waited two more days and the refund had still not reached my account. I went to the shop again today which is the 1st of December 2025. I spoke to a manager who called the head office and they said you will have to wait and they couldn't help me further. Everyone else is shopping and buying what they want and I'm here getting an atrocious service. You took my money and I got nothing in return. Truly pathetic company I dont even know why I shop at Zara. I am very disappointed and upset by my experience. I can't believe that such a big store like Zara doesn't have the facilities to reverse the transaction. I paid for the items I should have my goods but I don't. I don't want to shop at Zara again. I don't want to tell people to shop at Zara after this terrible experience. The jacket I liked isn't even in stock any more so I can't buy it thanks to Zara's poor service. I would like my money back and if you want to keep me as a customer you will have to send me vouchers to use in the store.

Absolutely horrific. The store is one big maze. Lots of different areas which all look the same so you’ve no idea where you are, where you’ve been or where you’re going. And that’s coming from someone with a pretty good sense of direction! Worse though is - I assume - one of the managers. White, 30’s, European, round glasses, hair tied back. I’d left my keys in the shop. (Yes this was my fault but perhaps if I didn’t need to prat about serving myself I wouldn’t have put them down). It’s was closing time when I realised I’d left them behind. Sprinted back to the shop, to be fair the security guards were ok with me. This manager comes over, I explain I’m looking for lost keys. Long story short she assured me they were not in the store. I pressed her and asked if the entire till area had been searched and if every single member of staff had been asked. “Yes” she assured me. Thank goodness I pressed this point because, in the midst of her telling me there is no way they’ve been handed in, a saviour of a shop girl overheard and breezily said “lost keys? Yes they are here”. WOW. Shame on the manager. How dare you be so lazy as to assume the keys aren’t there just because you don’t know about them? It’s the weekend now but Monday morning a formal complaint will be lodged, specifically regarding the attitude and laxness of this woman. She wasn’t even apologetic when it turns out they were indeed there. Horrible store. Incapable manager. I’ll never go back. Kind of regretting not dishevelling the carrier bag display a bit more during my key search. Oh well.

Visited 20.03.23. Incredibly rude member of staff and manager in womens wear. Asked to exchange one item and buy 6 new items, was told I should have queued in the return queue and then queued again in the purchase queue. Exchange item was beyond the 30 days, explained I didn’t want a refund but an exchange, both members of staff rude. Zero customer service

Clothes collection was good and we could secure some good steal deals, but when it came to checkout the experience was totally reverse. We did face what could be my worst of non-inclusive moments in the UK! The employee who was suggesting everyone to download the app to shorten their self checkout counters time, skipped us very evidently and went to next customers explaining how they could download the app etc. As a customer paying for goods purchased from a store, this casual non-inclusiveness which I don’t want to write as racism for its own reasons, is the worst experience and I would definitely want to avoid such stores for my purchases.

Love the clothes etc and staff nice. But come on Zara you need to re-think of a better way for returns. Was in queue for over 40 minutes. No others high street clothes shop has this problem. Staff re tag the garments and then put them on hangers and then on a specific rail. And quite often staff were struggling to find on line orders for customers.....was awful. Trafford Centre store

Visited store Friday 10th , nice big open store but the service at the tills was shocking, 2 tills open serving very long queue, plenty staff around talking even the manageress came over to the till with a very important customer who was buying a few items who then took over an empty till and served the customer and then duly left the location. Having noticed people abandoning the till queues and leaving the store after putting goods back, I found this unbelievable and have never seen this before in any other Zara store
