    My son and I wanted to visit the newly opened store only to experience threat from the security guard with calling the police because the alarm sounded upon exiting the store with nothing purchased and he ‘needed’ to have me searched. Currently awaiting a response from head office with their version and whether they actually followed the process correctly upon dealing with the public. I doubt very much they will follow it through as the store know they dealt irresponsibly.

    ~1115 hours Sunday 16/02/25 Excellent Customer Service I rang this store on 3 separate occasions, with 3 different female staff members answering the phone promptly on first ring. All ladies took details of my request and went away to check my request/stock levels etc. unfortunately my call line kept disconnecting. However the 3rd lady I spoke with explained they had spoken with each other and left a message for me explaining they did attempt to recall me but were unable to do so, the product I requested was not in stock and advised me how to contact Adidas Customer Service Centre. I would like to thank all 3 ladies for their excellent customer service, pleasant telephone manners and expert knowledge, I know one of the ladies was a Manager in the store and will be able to highlight and pass on my thanks to her team members.     It's a good sports shop but I would usually just buy when there is a sale on as most things are top of the range so you have to pay it. For me personally if it is comfortable in would buy it not the brand

    Traveled 35 miles to exchange a pair of Nike Vapor Max trainers only to be told they WILL NOT exchange them until 3 days time. Nice 70 mile round trip for nothing, thanks JD

    appalling floor service considering the number of staff working. Requested trainers to try on. 2 pairs never came, one pair was display shoe. Queues were slow and many items weren't tagged hence delay at tills. Wanted to try on clothes we had seen on JD online and they weren't in the store. the visit was a complete waste of time.

    Disgusting customer service. Not the first time either hence this review. Why so rude? I’d give 0 if I could. Took a T-shirt for a refund this time, due to fault caused by tagging, so there was a very noticeable hole in the middle. One of the staff said just put it back out to the staff who served me. So just tagged it ready to go on shop floor again. That is just dumb.

    There are 2 stores I went to the larger one. A young woman with brown hair up and black rimmed glasses. Possibly the manager. Was giving a member of staff a right dressing down on the shop for in front of everyone. What a horrible little Hitler she was. Complete power trip. Her abuse didn't even make any sense as I overheard it. I left the store. And bought the trainers from the other store.
