   I ordered a suit from Rocco Clothing and expected it to be delivered in two days, but it didn’t arrive on time. I contacted Rocco Clothing, and their customer service was excellent. They immediately sent the same item with next-day delivery. I am very happy with their quick response and support. The suit was for my son’s First Holy Communion, and it looked beautiful.    When I contacted ROCO to chase up a refund, they were quick to act and respond within 24 hours. Within two days the order was located as I didn't have the order number and my refund was issued immediately. The quality of the clothes was excellent but just didn't fit. I would certainly purchase from ROCO again because of the way in which they professionally handled the issue and I didn't have to chase them. I really appreciated the professionalism from the customer service advisor Paige! Thank you so much!

   We have been buying ROCO suits for my kids since they were 7 years old.. kids love the suits fabric and fitting.    I tried to return the package because the suits do not fit my son but it’s awful. If you are NOT in UK, do NOT order! Shipper returned my package to my home address because the return address indicated by Roco is not correct. You will at least have 50 Euro of shipping cost if you want to return the goods!

   Excellent service from this exceptional company! Beyond 5 star service! Ordered a suit which was unfortunately a little small so contacted them again to exchange. They dealt with my request super fast then Royal Mail strike came in. Because I needed it by a certain date they sent it out by parcel force - who lied on two occasional I was not apparently in so Roco company sent it out again to be received within 24 hours. Finally it came and I was so happy!! Thank you so much Emma & team. Suit looks more expensive than it is, quality is flawless and it made by day looking super dapper. Highly recommend this company.

   Ordered online 2 boys suits and brogues for my wedding in May, they were even better than expected! They came in their own little suit bags and everything. The quality is brilliant, even the lining of the jackets is gorgeous! My 4 year old Son and 6 year old Godson felt so grown up and looked amazing. Cannot recommend highly enough!
