When I called the manager because I missed up the delivery he went out of his way to help me. The delivery driver was very polite and the food was delicious.
Just ordered for the first time from Deliveroo and I have to say we were very impressed. I’ve struggled to find a good butter chicken in the area but they nailed it!
I ordered a delivery via JustEat. It was delivered very quickly and tasted nice but a bit oily.
Lovely enjoyed many meals always excellent. Sunday 7th Dec back for another delicious buffet food and drinks to there usual high standard. They make the most tasty Irish coffee.
Really poor customer service experience. Ordered at 10pm on Friday 4th December via Just Eat. They cancelled the order at 11pm with no contact. I called but they hung up the phone on a couple of occasions. It would have been good to know if there was a genuine reason for the cancellation and I would have accepted but the lack of communication has led to this review. We are eating left over food in the fridge!
I have had better here. Food quality wasn't as good as usual. My Chicken Curry tasted like it had an Oxo cube in it. So tasted a bit like gravy instead of curry sauce. Also found a bit of plastic in my Dessert. Showed it to the waiter. No apology given or reduction off my bill either. He explained it was part of the plastic lid. I had put this in my mouth lucky I hadn't choked on it.
