   I recently visited dosa express Kenton kingsbury. I am absolutely blown away! The experience truly deserves a full five stars. The food was phenomenal. I had the Ghee Masala Dosa and gotala dosa and it was perfectly crispy on the outside, with a flavourful potato filling that tasted incredibly authentic. The accompanying sambar and chutneys were fresh, rich in flavour, and genuinely elevated every bite. It was, without a doubt, the best dosa I've had in the area! Beyond the amazing food, the service was impeccable. Ritesh was friendly and incredibly welcoming from the moment I walked in the door. The atmosphere was buzzing and comfortable, and my meal arrived quickly and hot. If you are looking for authentic, delicious South Indian cuisine with fantastic hospitality, this is the place. Highly recommend and I will definitely be back!

   I’ve been a regular customer at Dosa Express for a long time, but yesterday’s experience was honestly the worst I’ve ever had there. I went with my family, and from the moment we walked in, the service felt rude and completely disrespectful. When we entered, the right side of the restaurant was almost full except for one table in the corner, which we didn’t notice at first. The entire left side had around ten empty tables, so we naturally went there. As soon as we sat down, a staff member came and told us we couldn’t sit there. When I asked why, he simply said that side only opens when the right side is totally full. That made no sense especially since only one table was left. I just wanted a quieter area with some privacy for my family. Another staff member then spoke rudely to the junior staff right in front of us, which was unprofessional and uncomfortable. After we moved to the other side and waited for our order, the same rude staff member, Hemil, came over. I asked for Gotala Masala Dosa the same dish I’ve ordered many times before and he told me they don’t have it. This was surprising because I’ve had it here regularly. then i order GInimasala dosa and few other Dosas ,then i asked for separate masala so the dosas wouldn’t get soggy, something I’ve been given before. He refused straight away, and even other customers around us noticed how unnecessary his attitude was. I asked if the dosas could be made crispy, and again he just said “no” in a way that felt dismissive. His whole approach was cold and unwelcoming. Even the customers sitting nearby were talking about how badly we were being treated. In all my years of eating out, I’ve never experienced service like this. My family and the family next to us decided we won’t be returning again. And that’s sad because we used to visit every single month. If the owner is reading this, please check the CCTV from that evening. You’ll see exactly how your staff handled the situation. If you care about the restaurant’s reputation, you really need to hire people who understand basic hospitality and know how to make guests feel comfortable. This visit easily deserves a 0 stars.

   I had an absolutely wonderful time at Dosa Express! The food was incredibly delicious — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Every dish was authentic and full of taste. The service was excellent as well — the staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience, and I can’t wait to visit again. Highly recommended for anyone who loves great South Indian food and warm hospitality!

   Worst experience. I ordered the food in the online platform. When I went they refused to give the food. The dosa express is listed but we will not give the food. The manager keep on telling I understand. He just don't want to sort it. Bad customer service.

   Very good taste since years now. Finally have new restaurant in Kingsbury no need to go Wembley now . All time fav dosa and idly and bhel. Love it Must try all 3 dishes.. just one more thing service should be more as need to wait long for sambhar.. overall very good. Recommend….

   They seemed understaffed. I could not recognize the staff in this place to place my order. We had to keep scanning around to recognize them before offending someone by mistake. The dosas were very good. The noodles that we ordered were overcooked and the spices were a bit raw. When we approached the staff they said that this is how the noodles should be and that their chef said that there was nothing wrong with the dish. Felt a bit rude as the staff were in a hurry and the above response felt lifeless as if they did not want to handle the situation and moved on. May not visit another time.

   I would not back again but for 1 time it’s ok.. it was busy tho.. but I didn’t like the dosa we ordered rava onion plain came out differently it’s was too oily food overall 3/5

   Staff crashing head all the time, No hygiene followed, We ordered Paneer starter schezwan-5.95£(paneer is burnt), Pizza samosa(too much oil in it), Rose faluda(no basil seed)taste like having rose milk, Rava dosa don’t have salt at all, We love dosa express in Wembley but this outlet no sense, I personally never visit again.
