   Ordered a pair of Jeans through Amazon, the size was well off, returned then and just received a 2 PENCE refund, Amazon have messaged them and assured me I can file a claim against them if they don't refund me, SCAM company, AVOID at all costs. After finding this on Google reviews I am amazed Amazon let them trade on there.

   I returned 3 pairs of joggers , they lied said i returned 1 pair. These scammers only refunded 1 pair and kept my money. None existent customer service and dishonest company.

   Avoid this company. Initially tried to refund me just 2 pence, not the £47.97 owed. They have failed to refund returned goods on multiple occasions. I’ve had to chase this multiple times and still have not been refunded. Avoid these criminals, they know exactly what they’re doing. Trying to scam everyone.

   Complete scam company. Ordered 10 pairs of kids plimsoles. Only received 7. No packing slip. Then tried to return 3 of the pairs I purchased. Half the emails addresses on their website bounce back. No refunds yet. Avoid like the plague.

   Would advise you to avoid this company at all costs. I ordered a pair of Wellingtons Boots in April which had to be returned. Before they had received my return they refunded me 1p.    Bought 2 pairs of trousers were supposed to be same size only to find 1 pair 4 inches smaller in the waist sent photographs showing difference and because I was out of the country at the time of delivery they refused to exchange as their 30 day return rule had passed. I complained that their quality control was not fit for purpose and I was not happy with their response they replied with a single emoji!! Their customer service is as bad as their quality control. I recommend to avoid this company at all costs.

   Absolutely Terrible Business!! Ordered a Jacket - ‘Lost in the Post’…went through Amazon, got refund. Two months later - ordered again , returned Item - ‘Lost in the Post’ going back to them!! Scam Company - ‘We have not received the Item You Posted’….Really? According to Amazon, YES YOU DID!!! Avoid at all Costs

   Purchased jackets via Amazon, only received half my order. My complaints were treated with a computer generated biased view. I would never ever again waste money or even look at this selling site. I read the poor reviews and they speak volumes.
