I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Indian restaurant! The food was truly exceptional—each dish bursting with authentic flavors and perfectly balanced spices that made every bite a delight. The variety on the menu offered something for everyone, and the presentation was just as impressive as the taste. What really stood out, though, was the service. Our server, Aastha, was incredibly attentive and warm, making us feel genuinely welcome throughout the meal. She was quick to answer any questions we had and ensured that everything was just right. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for delicious Indian cuisine paired with excellent, friendly service. I’m definitely looking forward to coming back!

I recently celebrated my daughter’s 5th birthday at this venue, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The place was absolutely beautiful—an extraordinary ambience that made us feel like we were in paradise. Everything was so well organized, and the service was truly exceptional. The staff were incredible. They never said no to anything we asked for, always responding with a genuine smile. Their willingness to go above and beyond is something you don’t find in most places, and it made our celebration feel even more special. The food was amazing—one of the best we’ve ever had. To our surprise, they even prepared a complimentary dish for our entire group of 80 people. That generous gesture showed how much they value and care for their clients. I’m extremely happy with the food, service, and ambience. Thank you to the entire team for your hard work. You truly made our event unforgettable. I’m delighted to give a well-deserved 5 stars!

Sea Rock? More like Sea ROT. Absolutely disgraceful food and customer service. This restaurant should be shut down with the quality they’re serving. Avoid at all costs – I’d love to know what their actual food hygiene rating is, because what I experienced was absolute rubbish. I ordered: • Desi Lamb – arrived dripping in oil, which leaked all over the bag and contaminated the vegetarian dishes. The amount of oil could run half an engine. Food tasted stale, not fresh at all. I’ve had this dish before from them – sometimes edible, sometimes terrible – this time it was by far the worst. • Saag Paneer with Peas – their own Uber Eats menu offers this option, but instead they sent Mutter Paneer. When I called, the woman on the phone was rude and aggressive, insisting that “only mutter paneer is with peas.” Then why list Saag Paneer with peas on your menu? Dish was tasteless anyway. • Tandoori Chicken Legs – foul smell, clearly not fresh, and absolutely not cooked to order. This chicken was either reheated or cooked the previous day. Completely disgusting. • Naan & Roti – both rock-hard and chewy, no difference between the two. Almost inedible. Overall: oily, stale, reheated, tasteless food with rude staff. A total waste of money and a genuine health concern. Do not order or eat here.

The place smells amazing the moment you walk in, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Prices are fair for the portion sizes, and everything tastes fresh. Easily one of the best meals I’ve had in years. Everything just felt right, great music, comfortable seating, and amazing food. We ordered a bunch of small plates to share, and there wasn’t a single miss. You can tell this place puts care into everything they do. We left stuffed and happy. If you’re thinking about going go.

Beautiful interior restaurant and very yummy food. I will give 5 stars to the food without question it was very tasty, however the service was rather slow and they got a couple orders wrong wich resulted in my friend eating cold rice when her chicken curry eventually came out, after asking the waiters twice were the food was. It was football night so, my bollywood music dream night was completely ruined by all the TV showing the football match. When i asked if we could have the music on, it finally did came on later, but only for 20 min and no sound, which was completely pointless, before it was quickly turned back to another game. Very disappointing.

I can’t imagine why there are negative reviews, if you don’t want spicy food, don’t go to an authentic Indian. I’ve been using sea rock for over 20 years. Yes, the food will vary because of different chefs but overall it is consistently the best for miles around. Lovely people too.

Lovely place. Great food and drinks. Food came quite quickly. Staff was nice and friendly. Parking can be a hit and miss. Since it is busy road. I would come back here again and do recommend

Fantastic local Indian bar and restaurant in North Finchley with a brilliant variety of delicious dishes ranging from super tasty Tandoori Prawns to Chill Paneer and one of the best sizzling Lamb Karahi's I've ever eaten, all served with ice cold Cobra beers and chilled bottles of Perrier water. Also my friend and I both loved the tropical fish aquarium in the middle of the restaurant and the incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive service - really top notch and great value for money. Sea Rock is a must visit if you love good quality Indian food and you also like sports - they often have the football and cricket on the TVs so you can enjoy a curry and watch the game with friends or family. (Also bonus they are dog friendly!) Highly Recommended 10/10 - we'll definitely be coming back very soon

Easily the best veg and non veg Indian restaurant you will visit in North London. I have been going there for many years and it has never disappointed in food or service. Everything I have ever ordered is spot on. Family friendly and has big screens for sports as well. Highly recommended to anyone looking to try proper Indian food. Over the years I have tried other local and non local Indian restaurants, don't know why I bothered because this is the best. I would recommend the Garlic Pilli Pilli Mogo, Chilli Paneer, Chilli Wings, Nairobi Chicken Tikka, Mixed Grill, Chilli Garlic Fish, Kukadi Chicken Curry, Chicken & Lamb Biriyanis.
