Lovely baby shop however some staff unapproachable, brusque and came across as though they were not bothered whether they sell or not! No interaction especially from the older taller one with grey/ white hair! The staff in there spent more time chatting with each other than helping customers. When the shop closed down and you are out of a job, just come back and read the reviews then you will have your answer why you are out of a job at Mand P!

Nina was lovely! Went above and beyond in helping find the ideal pram. After a poor experience at John Lewis, Nina was kind, not pushy and made everything easy, even writing the store details if anything else was needed.

We are so grateful for LOTTIE! We’ve been shopping at Trafford Centre, Mamas & Papas since my pregnancy, and buying our little one’s first birthday swimwear was so exciting—yet tricky with sizing, especially with the fall season approaching. When we visited the Trafford Centre, we were greeted by the lovely Lottie. She was warm, friendly, and took the time to reserve the swimwear in the right sizes for us, even though we weren’t sure of the fit yet. When we returned, she had everything ready and even ordered the updated sizes for us. Lottie made the whole experience personal and stress-free, and handled a difficult customer with grace and professionalism. She is a true asset to Mamas & Papas at Trafford Centre! We truly hope to have Lottie for every experience from here on out!!

Made a visit today Non attentive staff. Only made a purchase in the store because I needed something. The lady on the till didn't look like she wanted to be there. Store was excellent and clean but service was non existent and poor. Happily would've took my custom elsewhere.

Nice selection of things but staff were unhelpful. Asked to be shown how a side cot (which comes with a travel bag) could be folded down for travel, as we were considering purchasing it. We were then told by another member of staff, "we don't demonstrate that in store because it takes too long/it's more complicated than it looks". By contrast, staff at John Lewis couldn't do enough for us. The lady we dealt with also told us that they've had numerous customers come in telling them Mamas & Papas were rubbish. Says it all really...

Just wanted to thank Steph W at the Trafford center store for all her help! She was absolutely amazing and really went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and talked us though all our options for a new pram. She made sure it suit both mummy’s needs for looks and baby’s need for comfort. She really is an assist to your company and offered amazing old fashioned customer service.

This was our first visit to this store as we are due only in January. Nida was extremely helpful, informative and shown us all the things what we should look for in all the equipment what we will need for our baby. Although we haven't purchased anything and we stated this at the beginning she still spent a lot of time with us explaining everything. I can only recommend this store and we will definitely revisit it closer to our due date.
